I recently stayed at your property, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I expect from a 5-star hotel.
During my stay, the air conditioning in the hallway and lift area was not functioning, making it quite uncomfortable. Additionally, there was ongoing construction work in the hallway, which caused a significant amount of noise and disturbance throughout the day.
These issues greatly impacted the comfort and quality of my stay. Considering the premium price I paid, I expected a far more pleasant and seamless experience. I hope you understand my disappointment.

This hotel is ideally located for a quick stopover cot connecting flights from nearby International delhi airport.
We arrived early and as we were staying only for a few hrs we were allowed to check in earlier.
Good points: clean room with all amenities Inc complimentary water, toiletries,kettle and tea and coffee and fully stocked fridge. V nice swimming pool where I relaxed pre flight. Room service staff and concierge were v polite and good.
Not so good ponts- v expensive tea in their cafe. Felt conned at Rs 536 for a small cup - 3 mouthfuls and it was gone! Service was dire as had to go to the counter to ask for milk and napkins to go with our greasy patties. It took 30 mins for the tea to turn up. Tables were dirty. Given the experience we chose not to eat in the hotel but popped over to Worldmart next door which has an excellent variety of restaurants and bars. No drinks and food is served in the pool area so if you are after snacks and a drink by the pool you will be disappointed.

A reasonable 5 star hotel to stay when you are going to India for business. It is near to the airport however far from the city centre. Do take note of that. Amenities are pretty standard. The food selection however is rather limited but it is acceptable. Rooms are clean.

the hotel building is fine, especially breakfast/dining hall is nice. the surronding is green and lush.
but somehow the attitude of the staff made me feel uncomfortable. non of them seemed to be happy with his job.
i thing there is a serious problem with personnel management at the hotel

One of the best hotels in aerocity. Central location. Less expensive than the other brand hotels and just as good or better. Spacious rooms and wonderful rooms. Free parking also.

Food especially dinner according to the charges should have plenty of options. I cannot find anything speciality, there are no food options for toddlers and children. Next time I may avoid eating there and consider indine services.

Booked an Uber to get there. The start was not very good
Driver said I would need 50 ruppie to pay for parking or something for the hotel at the door. At the gate, I didn't have any Indian ruppie cash with me, so I gave him $1 usd. He wasn't happy but no other choice. Had no idea what it was about.
Arrived and checked in early. The receptionist asked me to sit and wait for 5 mins. I waited for nearly an hour and finally decided to come and asked. The room was ready long ago. He just totally forgot about me. Saw a lady staff just walked around asking and leading other customers to the desk (kinda useless since she couldn't do checking in). At least, welcoming drink would be nice.( we saw drinking tap and wondering should we asked for it)
The room was good size. Clean and tidy. No bathrobe.
Nice breakfast and dinner.
A lot of security to get back to the hotel every time. Kinda good and bad at the same time.
Restaurants and shops next door on the left (walking to Aerocity shop)
