Please dekete this hotel in 3 star category. Make it only lodging. Improper room service, no restaurant. Fixed, menu with few items

Room service was late. Not responding on time. No geyser available. Cockroaches in the room. Too many mosquitoes

Lot of cockroaches in the room. Bed was torn off. Gap in the two mattresses. Mats were very old and torn off status. It was room no. 406.

Some of the light bulbs were not working. The hotel intercom system was non-functional. Bath tub stopper was broken and hence could not use it.
