Hotel was average.
No backup for electricity.
Had to stay without Electricity/AC for a prolonged time.
Hot water not available 24 hrs... Had to call the reception every morning to get hot water.
After heavy rain water was leaking inside the hotel & everywhere on the stairs. Poor interior management for rain water.
Not very happy with Bedsheet & Blanket cleanliness. I doubt whether it is cleaned everyday or not.
Substandard bathing soap.
Cockroaches roaming freely inside the room after lights are out. Very poor pest control.
Furniture was damaged and not properly maintained. Some bad odour was there in the almirah as well.
Drinking water was served on asking rather than serving daily.
Poor maintaince of Tea bag tray. Packets seemed to have been kept there from a long time with dust accumulated on it.
Shower leaking after opening tap water.
Poor communication skills of the staff.

It was a decent place, although the washrooms flush wasn’t working right, we had booked 2 rooms hence we managed, everything else was clean but the room were a bit old, the wallpaper had come out from side, other then that it’s a decent place if you just want to crash for a night or two in delhi

The hotel offered better service than expected. Rooms were clean, staff was polite and helpful, and the ambiance was pleasant. Though not luxurious, it provided great value for money. Ideal for short stays and business trips. Would visit again.

My wife and I went there from a very comfortable and lovely vacation in Kashmir!!! We reached the hotel early as expected the Delhi heat was on. But even when our normal check in time was 11'o clock they gave us a clean fresh room at 8:15.
Their hospitality their behaviour their food their way of talking to customers was top notch 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
