The alleys at the station are very narrow and rather unkempt. We preferred to take the (safer) route via the main road, which is easy to reach the hotel.
The beds are good, the rooms are well equipped, clean apart from the mildew on the wall. There is an elevator and a roof terrace, which seems a bit private, and houses the manager's office, among other things. We had a room at the front where you can go out through the half-height window into the partition wall to the facade, which looks like a small winter garden and is suitable for smoking. There is a menu, but we did not try the food. The staff are very friendly and helpful and accommodated all our requests. Excellent value for money.

The hotel is located in the old town. The interior of the rooms corresponds to the photos, the furniture is old. The window is small and dirty. Bed linen is clean. The hotel staff is polite. Very noisy, both inside and outside the hotel. The room was not cleaned for 4 days. Hot water almost always. Airport shuttle is more expensive than other nearby hotels. Probably worth looking for another hotel.

Very comfortable bed, hot shower, not far from red fort and india gate. And a really nice and helpful people at he reception. Great if you use New Delhi main station. A lot of fruit, juice and food stalla on the nearby streets. I can recommend it quite honestly.

When we saw the pics of the room, we decided to get this hotel and it was the WORST decision we made on the first day in Delhi. It is in the worst possible location and it is not at all safe for the foreigners since drunk people roam around the hotel. We faced it on our first night stay. But yeah, the receptionist suggested us a resturant named DARBAR which is indeed the BEST ONE in the locality. Coming to the conclusion, I never suggest this hotel.
