Location is good, Other all is not worthy

Nice location and good facilities

The rooms were clean and well maintained. However, the locks in bathroom were broken and ventilation within the room & bathroom was hardly present. Also no lift in the building so difficult for aged people. Overall, good property and area.

The hotel is located in heart of delhi making all prominent areas accessible within minutes. The cleanliness of rooms and the courtesy of staff is exemplary. A must stay option in delhi.

Location s decent but no car parking. L was to stay here with y wife and l had booked for 2 people however my wife could not come for an urgent issue. The check in took very long and l was given a room which was so small that you could not even spread your hand while using the toilet. Shower was not working. L have stayed in this hotel many times but this was a bad experience.

Good stay in prime location, neatly maintained. Lift availability would have been better, however manageable. Staff were friendly and kind

Breakfast is not good accessories like tooth brush kit and shaving kit were not provided room service is also not good congested room - not worth the price

The room had cockroaches, it looked nothing like it was in the pictures and there was no lift and too many stairs that triggered my knee injury! i

Room was smelling hell with smoky smell. Staff was rude and tiny room also room lock was broken and fan was making sound

Hotel is good. Reception behaviour is good. But staff behaviour like kitchen & room service not good.

It’s really very nice place for stay and affordable for everyone due to near to all places and also center place in new delhi.

Rooms were very small, bathroom was very very small, bed was not comfortable, no lift and narrow stairs

Good ambience, had a pleasant sleep after day long meetings, good food, staff was polite only one thing troubled- no lift.
