served its purpose for a business trip - Not bad, pleasant stay

Room was not clean and suffocating

A perfect experience in the heart of Delhi. The hotel is extremely clean and easily accessible as it is on the highway. The staff is cooperative and helpful. The rooms are neat and tidy with the option of a balcony/terrace. Swimming pool is big and one can spend a good amount of time there. Overall a great pleasant experience.

Nice stay

We had booked the the hotel for 2 nights In such hot weather, they dont have covered parking for the car. All the cars are made to stand outside in such heat. The staff is too slow with no communication between the departments. They are short staffed as well in every department. The front office doesnt answer the calls. The first day we checked in the extra bed came late in night after repeated reminders. The AC was not working and every time a person from maintanence came to check they didn't find anything wrong. Our room was changed after repeated requests. There were no bathrobes in the rooms Nothing great in food to talk about. From welcome drinks to buffet. The buffet are over priced. The staff in all departments in rude The Wifi password is only for 2 devices

Amazing dinner hosted by Umrao, everything was so tasty and the management was super kind, especially Chirag. It was although a surprise for me but they just made sure that they make each moment beautiful. So make sure you book here and enjoy

Without consuming the mini bar charged me for the mini bar consumption 😕😕😞😞😞 even though I explained twice that I didn't consume anything... This point should be improved, why they didn't show me the items there in mini bar while checking in. Even I didn't see anything while checked in the room

A five star experience. Authentic Indian ambience, hospitality and gracious style. For the best that India offers together with international standard of comfort, amenities and service better to stay here during your Delhi visit than at a branded hotel chain. Note: Umrao is in a semi rural setting on a 14 acre campus just 10 minutes drive from the international airport. Fully functional and spacious swimming pool very inviting and welcome during the summer months. Not any sense of record breaking heat, none at all, in such a peaceful and soothing envir.

Everything was good, but there was a staff near gym and Pool area, who is need to learn some manners. Food can be better. Continues false alarms was beeping all the evening, when enquired they said some test is going on. And in whole the there was 5 to 6 times powercut for 1 to 2 minutes interval and the reason was quite unknown

Its nice swimming area is too good nd food was also good as well as the room service my ac was not working so they provide a quick service regarding this but yeah I would say that they can improve their service a bit more and menu should also be revised a little bit

Excellent stay experience at The Umrao. Special thanks to Mr Akhilesh from house keeping ***** with entire team for exceptional professionalism. Fantastic hotel with the wonderful services. The lunch was also very tasty. Will surely come back soon

Wonderful place and amazing staff, We were really impressed with staff thanks to Tamanna in front desk who help us for early check-in , property design like palace Only feedback they need to fix the WiFi we faced the difficulty to connect the WiFi however we have informed 5-6times

Very nice service by the staff. Vikram and Mahendra staff really good. The food quality is also amazing. Good place for meetings and spending leisure time with friends and family. Best service and humble staff always there to help. Pool side area good for parties

Excellent Stay-nice peppery-lovely staff. Overall experience was great. I am a returning customer here. I love this property. Food is good. Appreciate assistance of Ms Tamanna at desk. She was very courteous and helpful. Highly recommended property.
