Moustache Delhi

Very friendly for solo traveler like me. The room and toilet is very big. Hostel close to the restaurants and local markets which kinda convenient if u just wan to have food and do not want to go too far. The only downside is during my stay there were so many guess that common area were fully occupied.

Moustache has upgraded their Property and I love it, Amazing location you dont have to go around the Gates, you can now Directly get down in main road. They have wonderful basement and Rooftop. Also their Brand new cafe called House Of ****** Cafe. Their food is really amazing, please ask for lakshman bhaiyas special Pulao and French Fries, their service is absoultely amazing. They also gave Elevator services and secure door locks opens only with Access card. Kudos to Raj Bhai and his Old Delhi food tour, it was like the best tour I have been on and I would completely recommend this Night Tour.

Stayed with Couple of my friends, Totally enjoyed the stay and We had a Great time. The Free evening chai was awesome. They also have A Free evening tour, in house cafe, ask Lakshman Bhai for some Specials and Also they organize late night movie nights. I watched some great International movies.

Lived one of my best Night, it was one of those few nights where you do not want to forget, started the evening with Chai and some strangers, tour organized by hostel to Bangla Sahib, India Gate and Connaught Place and ended up enjoying sunrise with new Friends from the Hostel. Great place to meet Travellers all around the world. Check in Anytime you want, but you can never leave!

I have been to moustache Delhi multiple times, and This is my first time visiting the Brand New Property, What an upgrade from Previous Property, they have a basement and rooftop. Live Jamming Sessions on weekends and Cooking Classes, and Heritage Walk. They also have a Live Kitchen and Food is delicious. Please please try their French Fries. And I would like mention their Housekeeping team, Sachin, Rahul and Sandeep on their great service.

Review for Moustache Delhi - Extremely Disappointed We had a very disappointing experience at Moustache Delhi. We pre-ordered our food between 10:15–10:30 PM, after confirming with the kitchen staff about the availability. They approved it, and we submitted our KOT (kitchen order ticket) to the manager on duty. When we came back downstairs at 11:45 PM, the kitchen was closed and our food was not prepared. We raised the issue with the night manager Mr. Raj, whose unprofessional behavior and complete lack of hospitality made the situation even worse: He claimed he had no idea about our KOT, even though it was posted in the managers' group at around 10:30 PM. Instead of taking any responsibility, he argued with us saying, "It’s not my problem. I'll see tomorrow." He provided half the food, which was stale, and the rice was missing. He misled us by saying the rice was being cooked, but then disappeared for over half an hour without informing us of anything. When he returned, he said the only solution was to order from Zomato — and we would have to pay for it ourselves. We waited for over 4 hours — first waiting for food, then being served stale food, then waiting again for rice that never arrived. At 3 AM, we still hadn't eaten properly. Management kept blaming each other instead of solving the issue. Additionally, we have been staying here for almost 10 days, paying full rent and food charges. Just because we are long-staying guests does not mean management can take us for granted or provide such careless and disrespectful service. Because of this mismanagement, I couldn't even take my medicines on time because I hadn’t eaten for 5 hours. This is not just poor service — it’s absolute negligence and shows a complete lack of hospitality. I would strongly advise against staying at Moustache Delhi if you expect basic service, responsible management, and even minimum courtesy. Thankfully, shift managers Sumit and Jagdish later intervened. They listened to us patiently, acknowledged the mistake, and offered a clear solution to resolve the issue. Their professionalism and willingness to help, even at a difficult hour, restored a bit of our trust in the staff — and we truly appreciate their efforts.
