Overall it's nice and clean. It's a very good hotel with no flaws other than the counter staff being a bit blunt and no space to rest in the lobby.

The hotel is small in scale, but the overall environment is good. It is less than 100 meters away from the nearest entrance of the shopping center. The bed set and bathroom products are very clean for India. The room facilities are also in normal condition. The front desk staff is average, and the room service staff are friendly. The restaurant is above average level, and there is another Chinese restaurant (you can satisfy your cravings, but you can’t compare it with formal Chinese cuisine). It is 45-60 minutes away from the airport without traffic jams, and the consumption is higher than that of surrounding restaurants.

The breakfast staff worked well.
The Namaste pose and greetings at the entrance were good. It was nice to have an iron and ironing board in the room. I didn't enter this time, but I would like to enter the pool next time.

Very nice property in heart of the city very botique with a very classy swiming pool . The rooms are now renovated the staff is very good and polite typical itc grooming. You are asked a lot if your stay is going good . The restaurant options are very good

This hotel is just fabulous. I loved everything about the hotel be it staff, food, services, location, facilities etc. I came with my parents and they also loved Sheraton. Thank you Kritika and Melody for helping us throughout our stay. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Loved my stat here and views and services and hotel staffs are fantastic, mall is nearby location have many facilities and easy excess to all your basic need and have 3 resturants with mouthwatering food Hotel staffs are really friendly and helpfull Would love to come here again

This ITC hotel never fails to deliver. This was another of our amazing stays here. Very welcoming front desk, crisp rooms, nice breakfast spread coupled with great service in the restaurant and in the room. Location of the hotel is another big plus if you are travelling with family. Very close to the mall. Highly recommended..!!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, Lovely and great first impression of hotel. The Great: The room amenities were impeccable, so was the housekeeping service. The Atrocious: Room service took 45 minutes to deliver a soup completely cold. I had to request a reheat. Try and catch the breakfast downstairs, the 1st floor has fewer options (still surprised there was no orange soup) and very poor service. The chef could not understand "eggs over easy", there was only 1 server, and he completely forget a request for coffee.

A beautiful hotel with a very warm welcome from the staff. We had amazing toiletries in our room with an iron and hairdryer. The bar is small and intimate with great service. The food was incredible with plenty of choice. The pool looked lovely but we only stayed one night so didn't use it. Thank you for a lovely stay

We stayed here for 1 night during our trip to India. The hotel is very nice and has a swimming pool. The room was large with tea and coffee making facilities a safe satellite tv plenty of toiletries and the bed was comfortable. The food was tasty with plenty of choice but the drinks were expensive. The staff were friendly and check in and out was easy. We would stay here again if we came back to New Delhi
