My stay was very comfortable, the staff are trained and helpful. Even they guided me good places for visit in delhi.. Talking about rooms, it was excellent. I took executive room and that to at very affordable price. Every room was well equipped and neat and clean. Everything worked well.. I would recommend each and every person to stay there when in delhi. The location is very good, you get karol bagh market and metro station nearby.. Everything was convenient..

Very very bad service, beware of this hotel, woarst hotel i ever seen. Catering staff behavior was very poor, please please please don't stay here. Otherwise you will be a beggar when you leave the hotel. Extreme level cheater hotel, cheater staffs. Specially the hotel manager

The stay at hotel was fine and pleasant. The entire room is visible from outside, because of transparent curtains. Ac doesn’t work at all.

Stayed for 1 night in room 104, it’s decent hotel with all amenities. Running hot water in morning, fridge, closet, towels, basic toiletries, paper roll and desk -chair for light office work. Bathroom needs some work, water seeps in door frame, rotting the wood. Overall great value for money in terms of location and stay. Good restaurant options near by.

If you require a decent no frills hotel in a convenient place then Hotel Persona International is for you . Right in the heart of Karolbagh and 5 minutes walk from the metro. You dont really need to leave the area It's all within walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable with a very comfy bed . The staff are good and very helpfull. They organised anything we requested. No problem. As for Abid, the boss, the *** is a legend. He organised train tickets and phone sim cards long before we left Australia. All my pre trip queries were answered by email immediately. He really knows the travel business inside out. Anywhere in India he can arrange with no problems. definitely the *** to talk to for travel. As I said, if you require safety , security and a place handy to all the action then this is the place.
