Luxe Stay Near Airport

This is the worst experience i had since i am traveling. First of all they overcharged me for city tax and deposit. Their rooms aren’t clean, cockroaches everywhere. They charge me a room with breakfast, now see what they serve as breakfast. And all combined the manager and staff are rude and disrespectful. They are discriminating against people. I don’t recommend this hotel to nobody

Horrible! Pictures posted on the app are FAKE! The hotel provides a different location which amidst dirty streets. The rooms were extremely unhygienic, hair on the pillows, wet and filthy washrooms and dirty linen. Please do not get fooled by the low prices offered. It’s a scam and should be taken off from trip.com

Room looked nothing like in the photos. It was not cleaned at all, bed linen was dirty, access to hotel was congested. Bad service. Small and dirty room with mosquitos.

+ positive points 1. Hotel lift 2. Pocket friendly 3. New property therefore it's clean. 4. Near Airport IGI - negative points 1. No breakfast despite it being included in the booking and paid. 2. On the name of breakfast they have a tea and 2 slices of simple bread, no butter, no filling. No breakfast. 3. Inside in the streets, not very visible, not easy to find out, if you don't have the exact location. 4. IN ADDITION TO THE FULLY PAID BOOKING IN ADVANCE, BE READY TO PAY RS. 500, WHICH THEY CLAIM IT'S A CITY TAX.

Hotel is close to the airport, room was really acceptable with hot water shower, but the room was a little cold. I asked them to arrange taxi pick up, and the taxi was a little rude asking why I don't just take a taxi already at the airport. Upon arrival, they overcharged me for both taxi and room but I was too tired to argue with them (taxi should be 200, I paid 800, room should have been 1650 rupees, but in total I paid 3500 inc taxes).

One of the worst hotel; please never ever book this hotel, the address is incorrect they charge extra from me, what’s shown in picture is totally different from reality
