Bloom Hotel - GK2

Bloom was a very comfortable and safe hotel stay. The entire staff was very helpful, service is fast and Ms. Lakshmi at the reception was very cooperative and helpful with all the queries and check out process. The food is good and the room was clean with good amenities. They had also provided a complementary ladies kit. They had a chatbot service for all needs - WiFi, iron, room service etc., which is responded quickly and efficiently. Lift can be updated as it is a bit difficult to use, other than that, the ambience of the hotel is warm and nice and I also found the neighbourhood to be good, with the famous Nirula’s at a walkable distance.

It was a great experience staying bloom hotel. Comfortable stay, Clean room, easy of excess, prompt service. Thats what you need when you are on a business trip.

I'm very pleased. The place is above the Indian standard, better than all other places I stayed. Clean, comfortable bed, specious room (I didn't stay in the smallest one), Nice neighborhood, 1 minute walk to the Metro, 1 km from M-block with all the café etc. I stayed more than two weeks.
