The hotel was a bit hard to find because it was in a small road inside the bazaar, but the room was neat, food was delicious, and staff were friendly. Definitely a nice hotel for the price

The best thing about the hotel was that it was reasonably priced. The doorman was very nice and friendly. Receptionists were generally friendly, but the female sometimes had a little attitude. I would not book in this location again. This hotel in particular is off a narrow street that is not accessible by car so you have to walk a few minutes to the intersection or 10 minutes to a major intersection because the nearby street is VERY congested all the time. This area is also very densely populated and taxi's take forever to arrive and exit The hotel was not the cleanest. I was not expecting much, but there were a few ants and flying insects in the room. There were stains on the sheets and towels. I stayed for multiple days and I didn't receive room service once. They did call and ask me once if I wanted it, but that day I had declined. The shower water was not hot (but acceptable warm if turned all the way hot) during the daytime. Only during the evening was the water scalding hot. The shower tile was not angled deep enough or the drain was clogged and there was always about 3-5cm of water pooled at the bottom. The sink was outside in view of the room which was fine, but the faucet is over 40 inches above the basin which caused the water to splash out a lot. The breakfast was ok. The presentation and color was great, but the flavor was lacking.

Let me preface by saying that Paharganj is an awful part of town to stay as a tourist. That being said, this hotel is decent. The restaurant is good and the service was attentive. The hotel is close to the metro, but it is a very unpleasant walk to the station.

The hotel was clean. The service was good. The breakfast buffet gave a good spread. They offer free flow of water, tea and coffee. The rooms have international socket and good stable wifi connection. Many international travelers nearby. Besides a bustling local markets so traffic can be heavy when entering but it is inside a lane so overall not too noisy.

It will be better hair dryer is prepared, and I saw cockroach in toilet, really pity.
