Manager Manoj Kumar is very rude and he doesn’t have any idea about customer service. Very bad phone manners. He gave me taxi fare 1000rs over the rude phone conversation and where I got taxi from airport only for 300rs. Return time hotel offered my taxi for 300rs but I declined. This hotel manager should go back to school Learn manner. I will never stay there again and not recommend anyone just because of the hotel manager.

The hotel was booked prepaying online and when trying to check in the reception was telling that they have no account with trip.com
When showed the bill and payment receipt even,they didn’t agree and made me pay twice the amount again .
And gave a room that was mediocre.
I would avoid this at all costs

WEST END INN (Placed here by AIR INDIA delay) - PURE TRAUMA. Horrible stay and we missed next day flight also as their transport was super delayed and driver was drunk! -EXTREMELY HOT, no working A/C. -An uninhabited and ******* place, totally unmaintained. -Dinner was uneatable. -Rooms were dirty. -Toilets were dirty. -Taps were all broken. -Short circuits. No smoke alarms.

The hotel is situated on the highway and is a spacious property The rooms are neat and clean and comfortable The staff are courteous and well behaved The quality of food is outstanding The venue is located on a large piece of land and is an ideal marriage destination

We paid for early check in, and were shown to our rat infested room. A pair of underpants were in the shower, and everything looked dirty. We insisted we should be moved. The receptionists poorly acted surprised that we had seen rats in our room. They moved us to a nicer room upstairs, only to hear the people downstairs scream all night because they had obviously also found the rats. Disgusting.
