Really enjoyed the staff at the hotel. 🔥 The handle is not just friendly but honest. We forgot a bracelet that was dear to us and only saw it a few days later. We asked the hotel to find it 🙏 and they said they had the bracelet and we could pay when it was convenient for us. 👌 It was a very pleasant surprise. ♥️ ⭐️Would recommend for booking ⭐️- the hotel is close to the airport, clean rooms, air conditioning works, breakfast is brought in the morning.

Everything was good including service, facilities, and all, especially considering the price—the best cost-effective five-star experience. The arrangement of furniture in the room is very good, giving you a cozy feeling. Staffs are very kind and are well-mannered. However, there are some mild fragrance issues all over the place including in the room. I'd say it's a general Indian scent usually not found in other franchise 5-star hotels. The fragrance in the lobby, elevators, and corridors needs improvement. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally good considering the price, with a high understanding of different cuisines around the globe. Room service foods are also high quality.

Had a delicious lunch at Del with exemplary service and outstanding food quality. The display and the preparations were very nice and tasteful. Chef Bharat created a delectable dish specially for us. Our server Jatin went beyond the call of duty to look out for our comfort and made us feel very welcomed. Also, thanks to Vinod from the buffet section for helping us choose our food. This was my first time in India/New Delhi, and I am glad I selected this hotel (I booked via expedia, but had studied reviews on tripadvisor as well). Stayed five nights in a club room, which includes evening buffet dinner from 7pm. This place delivers value for money! I has five stars in Indian category, which is maybe 4 stars in Western categories, but the price is also only 4 stars! The food is the highlight of the hotel, a variety of mostly Indian (but also Western/Chinese) dishes cooked to the highest quality! And they rotate dishes every day. Admittedly, adding a beer to your evening dinner is quite expensive (for India), but you don't have to do this, right? I used the Gym every morning, which is rather small but sufficient, since not ***y guests seem to go there. I also went to the pool almost every afternoon to do a little swim. The pool was mostly quite deserted when I was there - it is larger than it appeared on the photos I had reviewed. I walked to the Blue Line Metro station almost every day, which is only about 10min from the hotel up the Bangla Sahib Rd. The hotel made my stay in Delhi very enjoyable and I can only recommend it!

Room was beautiful and very spacious. Bathrooms are clean. Unfortunately the pool was under renovation so we didn't get to experience it. Gym is small but gets the job done. Breakfast is very very delicious, and there is a cute bookstore and souvenir shop inside the hotel. Location was convenient for what we needed. Guest services was a bit spottier: we called down a few times for laundry with no response, and we had two problems with our laundry bill. Overall, not quite as professional as the other staff we encountered. We would stay again!
