The first thing I noticed was unfriendliness at the front desk. The clerk told me that there’s no rooms available before asking me if I had a reservation. After I was checked in, I asked him what the password was for the Wi-Fi. Maybe he didn’t hear me, but I had to ask him three times. He was not hard of hearing he just didn’t listen to what I was asking him. He said you don’t need a password. You just take the key and tap it at the lock on the door - he was assuming I was for some reason asking about the password for the key for the door? The room itself was very presentable. It looked renovated a nice manufactured flooring, and the bathroom was gorgeous. But the bed was hard. It wasn’t the worst I’ve seen, but not the most comfortable by far and there were only three pillows. The refrigerator with warm, I tried adjusting the temperature and it never cooled down. We left with all our stuff warm. Before we left in the morning, the housekeeper lady was screaming almost pretty much at the top of her lungs. This could’ve been a good visit, but the staff stood in the way of that. I could get past the part about the hard bed, but being chincy with the pillows really added to a more negative review.
