We had an excellent stay here! We had to relocate when we lost power and this hotel really exceeded our expectations. I’m a clean freak and I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable. The accommodations were great. The staff was incredibly nice. The breakfast was better than I expected! It was truly a great experience and I think we will return when we get our floors refinished. The suite didn’t feel cramped with a toddler, hubby, and a dog. It turned a stressful week into a mini vacation. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool but maybe next time!

Great location, friendly staff and clean rooms. I was a little nervous when I saw this was the hotel my group was booking at, you can tell from the photos it is a little outdated. But in the end was a better stay than I had expected. First the bad. The room decor is bright and furniture is old. If you are uncomfortable with stains on furniture this might not be the place for you. I did have a small issue with the smell by the bathroom, and the wet floor that caused it, but I was only in for one night so it was easy to work around. A few of the lamp plugs did not work, a lot of them really, which caused me to think the blow dryer didn’t work. I called the front desk and replacement was brought up right away. I then realized it was just most of the outlets that were faulty. Now the good…. everything was very clean, the amenities that mattered were new, and every interaction I had with staff was friendly. We arrived late, but we’re greeted and checked in quickly. I had asked for a room with a balcony which was honored. I was happily surprised by how big my room was, and liked the setup better than most. The desk chair and desk were actually great for working in the morning. The mattress was comfortable, which is important to me. I like a medium/softer bed for reference. There was nice new patio furniture on the large balcony. I like that they still have some rooms with balconies, I like fresh air and access to a functional door or window which is rare at hotels anymore. The top item that impressed the heck out of me though, was Donna at the front desk. She went above and beyond twice for me in my very short stay. I need coffee in the morning. Usually at hotels if I wake too early and the restaurant isn’t open I will grab a cold Starbucks can from the market, but it’s not the same. I went down at 5:30 and the restaurant had not opened yet. I started to walk towards the market, and confirmed with Donna that they opened at 6. She asked me what I needed and I told her. She asked what size and if I needed anything else, and ran back to the kitchen. She could have easily said “yup, they open at 6 see you then” but instead she went ahead and helped me out. The coffee was great! It really made a difference in my day. I truly appreciated that kindness. Also when my blow dryer did it work as mentioned above it was Donna that brought one up, and was friendly the whole time. Thank you Donna! Overall the hotel itself is nice, but rooms could use some updating. You can tell they have replaced some of the things that matter most, like the desk chairs and mattresses. I was impressed by the service, and friendly atmosphere.

The United States is the first choice for business trips. The service is very good and the life is convenient. One inconvenience for Chinese people is that there is no microwave donkey.

Right in the city center, just Sunday street meter parking is free. The front desk told us to listen to the door, very convenient, the room is new, and there are sofa beds and futons, which can be used by families, cooking is super convenient, it is suitable for side trips While satisfying the Chinese stomach, the breakfast is also very good and the price is very high

We stayed here 3 nights for a wedding held at the Chase Center. We've stayed in many Westins before, but this stay clearly showed us how poor in quality Westin standards have gone down. We requested an early check-in in advance through both the app and calling the reception, but had to wait a very long time for a double queen after being told the rooms were not inspected yet. When we finally got our room, we were disappointed to see the used and abused furnishings, particularly the desk with many markings over it. Our shower had drainage issues that we had initially fixed, but then continued throughout our stay. There was no shower gel, and barely any shampoo or conditioner in the tubes in the shower. None of the trash bins had any liners in them (how unsanitary!). Housekeeping was a pain to get a hold of; other people in our wedding party were told cleanings that included changing the sheets were only every 3 days (I've only had timeshare resorts tell me that before). I had to flag people down in the hallway for towels. Our wedding party had a couple suites booked and it was disappointing to see how dilapidated and dark the suite rooms looked, especially the furnishings that are long overdue to be changed with stains and threads hanging off everywhere. What really got me on this stay was that on our second night after all the wedding events transpired, we tried using the elevator to go back up to our room only to hear people trapped inside banging on the elevator doors for 10 min. I flagged a guy at reception to come help and he brushed it off so easily saying ”it's due to the pressure effects, they'll be back up on their floor soon.” As a physician, I told him this was an urgent matter as we don't know how many people are stuck in there and God forbid someone has a panic attack in there and passes out. I told him that elevator needs to be put out of service if it keeps stopping like this. He didn't give a damn and just walked away. It turns out it was my family members stuck in there for over 10 minutes. I find this to be so negligent of the hotel staff- I'm sure you'll have a lawsuit coming your way when the elevator pulls another extended pause. I also realized there is no service elevator that the staff can use, so they also use the main guest elevator, further causing elevator traffic. Also, the location is just a stone’s throw away from sketchy neighborhoods. You definitely need a car to get around. The only good thing about this place was the convenience of being attached to the Chase Center; other than that this hotel definitely does not exude the Westin quality I used to love and know.

The clean, friendly atmosphere complements the great location of this hotel. The entire staff was helpful & serviced any requests w/ cheer. The miles-long river walk allows for easy walking & bicycling. Minutes from the Amtrak Station makes it easy for friends coming from afar. Looking out on the Christina River makes one feel close to nature (Birders will enjoy seeing herons regularly eating fish.) while still being able to walk to multiple restaurants & other attractions. If you can, pay the extra for a view of the river!

We spent one night at this hotel and I would strongly advise you to check the quality of the mattress before settling in. The mattress should have been replaced; sagging & unsupportive. We only spent one night (6/11) after a wedding (room 238). I had a very nice conversation with the front desk the following morning (after a sleepless night and backaches for us both) he assured me the manager would ”reach out”. Brad, the manager, never responded to calls (or an email Caleb-feont desk sent him). I expected better from Hilton.

GGuest UserThe hotel can't be that old (maybe 5 yrs) and the construction is shotty. We got an ADA compliant room which was fine however it was not s/up for a non-disabled person. No towel rods in the bathroom (you could use the grab bars) and no hook on the back of the door. The tile grout was missing making some tiles loose. The shower head was coming out of the wall. The handrail in the stairwell was coming apart. AND....after our first night the room was made up without replacing our towels which was fine as we hung them up. After the 2nd night and leaving our usual gratuity on the pillow...the GRATUITY WAS GONE, our garbage cans were emptied but nothing else! I reported it to the front desk that apologized and issued us clean towels. She said she would report it to the Housekeeping manager...we heard nothing about it. Debris remained on the floor of the hallway the entire 4 days were there. Overall, disappointing.
GGuest UserWe stayed at this hotel based on reviews and because of its proximity to UD for graduation weekend. Hotel rates were increased everywhere, so we felt the value wasn't worth it. The location of the hotel is convenient--right off 95 and a few miles to campus. The hotel was clean and fairly comfortable. The rooms were tiny and had a musty feel. The bathrooms were clean, but small. The temperature control wasn't always working well. The breakfast could have used more healthy options, such as Greek yogurt and more seasonal fresh fruit. The breakfast area was clean. The ”fitness center” was a complete joke. The hotel shouldn't advertise it as an amenity. One treadmill, one non-functioning elliptical, and one broken down and dangerous universal do not constitute a fitness center. It is a liability. We've traveled to many hotels that have much better and well-maintained facilities. This hotel is adequate for a one-night stay
AAnonymous UserOverall good , it is more convenient near the road , the hotel has supermarkets and restaurants and fast food restaurants nice hotel at good location quarantined.
GGuest UserWow. For a few dollars more I could have done so much better. You should too. They only service rooms on Tuesday and Thursday according to the obnoxious front desk agent but failed to tell me or anyone else. Horrible hotel. Worse than motel 6. Heck, the motel 6 at least has towels. You can't even get TOWELS at this place. The owners are running a roach motel. Worn out furniture, doors that have to be slammed to lock and clientele that is disruptive and makes noose until 3am coming and going. Can feel every spring in the bed, and oh yeah...save your towels and heaven forbid don't soil your sheets or anything...cause you won't get more. Priceline, and tripadvisor give thus place a WAY WAY WAY WAY TOO HIGH star rating. The motel6 has better standards and at least they're cheap. DON'T EVER STAY HERE. Ever. Oh yeah, the ownership is hiding behind the lame excuse of 'covid' but no longer have any other mask or sanitary protocols in place. It's just owners who are lazy who got used to hiding behind covid to make more money with less people...and it's time to grow up and move on, man up and start running this hotel again. The halls are nasty and smell funny. Lobby is dark and dingy....they just don't care. One day left on my stay, and wish I hadn't booked third party.
GGuest UserType of building is last-generation (room doors giving directly onto the exterior). Generally functional, but maintenance had obviously been spotty for some time. Rooms and bath were clean and functional; bed was excellent. WiFi was fast and cable TV better than average. Small details had been overlooked, however. Breakfast service was virtually nonexistent.
RRebecca MLooks can be deseving. When seeing the lobby I thought This is really nice and our children are gonna enjoy themselves. Boy was I wrong! I don't even know where to begin. Made reservations online for a week soon as we arrive got our key for the room my family and I were greeted by a roach . The towels were dingy with spots. The blankets had burnt holes fridge was dirty The outlet cover was half cracked. The claw marks on the bathroom door from animals and it smells like an animal kennel with cat piss smell ,trash mildew, and Old bleach. I am from the front desk of the roaches and the burn marks I was told that they would send maintenance down haven't seen maintenance from that day till this day housekeeping does not knock on the door to see if you need anything you have to physically run them down and no one speaks English they use their phone to interpret what to say. False advertisements there's no continental breakfast my kids thought that they were going to go swimming needless to say the pool is out of order along with the ice machine. They're very rude at the front desk they don't know how to speak to people. Everyday a few times in the day my key card had to be reactivated. We were killing roaches and flies all day every day. We were better off camping outdoors . They had a few events that took place and the music was so loud you could feel the vibration. People running and screaming threw the hallway starting around 1am until about 4am. During checkout we asked about our points to get free nights you earned. (The stay should be free always) We were told that we had to ask to be signed up for the Rewards before paying for the room and give them the rewards number which is impossible when they (Receptiones) are supposed to give it to the customer. Then said that I wasn't on the rewards program. Which is Bull. I then logged in my account in front of her she then said that we don't have any points when you receive them when your supposed to receive them every day your there 12 days and not 1 point . This place is full of and they respond to everyone's review the same especially about the bugs and the Pest Control Company they say they use. Please I'm warning you Don't Stop Here. You will definitely regret it!!
This motel is short staffed. Upon checking in no one was at the front desk. The smell from cigarette smoke comes in the rooms from people smoking outside the rooms. I had to change rooms because the cigarette smell in the first room was too strong. The telephone in the room does not work so there is no way to contact the front desk. I've had to walk to the front desk twice due since I checked in due to issues I've had with the rooms. The TV in the room I am currently in is NOT working. Unfortunately, there is no one available to fix it. The staff is friendly and the room is okay, but I probably will not stay here again. You get what you pay for. Spend a little extra and stay at a Hilton or Marriott.
JJayAndShyI feel that we shhould be able have our privacy , if I want put blankets on my blankets on my railing so I can sun bathe on my balcony I pay almost 100 dollars every night , I should at least be able to do that since I can’t play music And for housekeeping not to enter my room unless I say I need the servis done. Invansion of my privacy I don’t like coming back to house keeping being in my room if we got to keep the sound ordinance down (aka ) loud music you should let us slide on little things
