I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. I wouldn’t have seen the best of Cairo without the help of their amazing navigator named Abdo. He was very helpful in every way!!! Thumbs up Abdo and thank you so much! Looking forward to visiting your hotel soon.

Stayed here for a short trip with friends, hotel is beautiful but not near shops or city center. Inside is absolutely lovely.

The whole experience was great during our visit to El Cairo at the Dusit hotel. The facilities and assistance were excellent at all time. However, the most remarkable service was the dinner at the international food restaurant. It had good quality-price balance and the waiters Mostafa, Magdy and Adham were really pleasant. Thank you!

I have traveled to several countries and stayed in many five-star hotels. In a poor country like Cairo, I am really surprised that there is such a high-end and cost-effective hotel. This hotel has cured me of all the travel fatigue for half a month and made my children happy. .I am happy. I feel like I am a princess 👸 being pampered. And I am really high-end and classy. The ceiling of Egypt.

The facilities are complete, the environment is beautiful, hygienic and clean. Every staff member in the hotel is very enthusiastic. The room is very large and suitable for business travel. If you come to Cairo in the future, you will come to stay again.

would like to thank Wael from the reception, as I was exploring the place and I was lost, and when he saw me, he offered to help and explain the details of the place to me. The place was very nice, with all its details, the gym, the swimming pool, and the locker, including sauna and steam, and the staff were wonderful.. The hotel is very good and really it exceeds my expectations, a very good experience the stuff is very helpful, everything is good , only one thing i have to comment in which is the room isolation is very bad u can clearly hear any whisper in the next room & for sure they can too , so please try to manage this Other thing that made me give them 4 points out of five that the electricity has gone for 2 hours from the 24 hours we are staying 😑

The hotel is very accessible lies in a well serviced area, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and also Gobus company station is next to it. The check-in process was fast. The room was very good, well kept, many thanks to housekeeping. The main restaurant was nice, staff were professional, breakfast was delicious with many choices. The pool area was good but, the pool was not heated enough although they were saying it is heated, towels are only available on request.
