房間寬敞乾淨，老闆熱情好客，可以吃到滿意的中餐，離機場也非常近，衹要二十多分鐘即可到達，住這的時候還租了一天車，司機強哥車技高超又耐心細緻，帶我們去了很多地方，對我們關照有加，給我們的旅途畫上了圓滿的句號，最後一天還按照我們的要求提前送我們去機場，真是國人在開羅落腳最好的選擇了。再到埃及一定還住這裏。

還不錯，老闆東北人，豪爽大方，免費接機送機，且隨時隨刻，贊得很，提供的餐食也都是中餐的；住的是新開羅別墅區，安全很多，在這裏住的也基本上是中國人。開羅整體經濟水平都沒新開羅好，開羅平窮的地方很窮，特別臟亂差，一個人來的話最好還是在新開羅住比較好

房間乾淨整潔，服務熱情周到。每天都可以吃到正宗的中國菜，算是一個意外的驚喜（下面有張像娃娃玩偶的照片，是劉大廚燒的牛蹄骨，口味、火候都正好，在國內我都沒吃過這麼好吃的）。設施、裝修不能説豪華，但給人的感覺很温馨很親切，真的是賓至如歸。在萬里之外的異國他鄉，有這麼一間温暖的小店，足以慰籍遊子之心，消除舟旅勞頓。我是凌晨2點的航班，就埃及司機見縫插針、橫沖直撞的樣子，半夜坐這樣的車真的有點擔心，幸虧這裏還有免費送機服務，美女司機親自開車送我，哈哈哈哈～

早餐非常一般。 房東早餐製作時不能定位以自己的東北口味，自己喜歡就行的思維模式，而是應該以酒店的標準早餐的思維模式去製作早餐。

房間很一般，在這個價位新開羅富人區的民宿很多都可以住了.而且裝修和體驗比這裏好很多.這裏更像是上個世紀的產物，單純的房子裏放了兩張床讓你睡覺.感覺就是欺負中國遊客不會去選擇開羅民宿而生的產物.設施挺一般的.如果不是非要找中國民宿去選擇一下開羅富人區的民宿會獲得更好的體驗.
