Prime Residence in Katameya has truly become our go-to spot every time we visit Egypt. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short drive to central New Cairo attractions like Festival City Mall and other popular shopping areas. Its proximity to the access road to the North Coast and being only an hour away from Ain Sokhna makes it a great base for exploring beyond the city. The highway and bridge network also make trips to Downtown Cairo and Giza smooth and hassle-free.
The apartment itself is cosy, impeccably clean, and has a fresh, welcoming scent that adds to the overall comfort. Check-in and check-out are effortless, and the added perks like secure parking, gated community access, a clubhouse, and pools elevate the experience. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, absolutely amazing! The hotel is spotless and tidy, with all the utensils and cutlery. The front desk staff was also very friendly. The takeout from random blind spots was also delicious, with the lamb and beef being particularly tasty. I'm still not used to the other rice and salad options, but having a kitchen means I can cook my own meals, which is a bonus. The rooms are spacious, perfect for a family trip. Each room has a small balcony, and the first floor even has a courtyard. Perfect!

The service was terrible. The water supply was cut off from the night of the 2nd to the morning of the 3rd. We were not informed of this at check-in and offered no apology at all. The attitude was very poor. The safe was also broken and the bedding was full of pills.

It was my first time in Cairo, Egypt. I didn't expect to live in such a good apartment with two bedrooms, one living room and two bathrooms. First of all, this is an apartment in the community, the environment and safety are very good! The interior is the same as what I saw on Ctrip before. The surprise is that the kitchen utensils in the apartment are very complete. We stayed for a week and could cook for ourselves every day, whether it was cooking, stewing soup or making dumplings! A very satisfying stay!

I moved from a hotel in the center of old Cairo, and I didn't expect to have such an unexpected apartment. It's clean and tidy, and most importantly, it's big! There is a twin room, a king-size room, two bathrooms, a living room, and a yard on the first floor. Microwave, oven, washing machine, gas stove are all equipped, so you can cook something yourself occasionally.
The bed is very comfortable, and the only drawback may be that the wireless signal is not stable.
I stayed here for 5 days and was very satisfied. I will definitely choose this place next time I come to Cairo.
