I received the wrong Hotel information about a bug issue. This hotel was actually good. The service was good and the staff was wonderful. I have notified the correct hotel of the issue they have. My husband and I stayed at Red Roof Inn, New Braunfels back in Dec. From the call to confirm pet policy to check out was a great experience. Lady on the phone was very nice and let us know they would love for us to bring our dog as the understand how dogs are part of the family. Great price and really spacious room as we booked the superior king. Front desk just really knew how to make us feel welcomed and was very friendly and always smiling. Definitely will be visiting again soon.

Great stay here with friends. Lots of room in a double Queen with a couch, desk, and small kitchen area. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Sink area is separate from shower and toilet room. Nice feature when several people are trying to get ready at the same time. Location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants, I-35, and the town of Gruene.

The staff was very nice and check in was a breeze.. Our room clean and comfy.. 😀

I thoroughly enjoyed the greeting by the staff. My room was immaculate and the food was delicious. The maid kept my room spotless. The hotel was very safe and the other guests were friendly. The internet worked weel.
