The Resort at Schlitterbahn

Lots of fun for both kids & adults but the outside of the property could use some serious updating!!!

This property was beautiful! We climbed up the stairs and opened the door to a high ceiled living room and kitchen with granite countertops and a balcony overlooking the Comal River. The condo had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi tub. It even had a washer and dryer. We wished we were staying longer!!!

Older facility undergoing renovations and additions. We stayed in the older section, or was dated but clean and functional. Would return and the price was great. Staff very helpful and professional.

A very nice place away from the city, excellent to relax, the excellent staff, they treated us very well, my children were delighted, we had a small problem with the flight, they moved our room, they assigned us a very nice apartment, much larger than the one we had, excellent, we plan to return

Great customer service air conditioned rooms actually kept you cool in this Texas heat! Shuttle driver was excellent and prompt. A little pricey but enjoyable. Movie night was great

We drove almost four hours to get here, super excited to surprise my kiddos.. just to be screwed over. Once we got there it was a bit confusing to get to the resort because of street " Closures" whole thing was weird. We arrived a bit after four, room was ready, so it made me so happy especially traveling so far and not stopping. I asked when we could go to the waterpark and more details because the site was again very limited with information, to then find out my stay does not include park, this was never stated! First huge red flag especially since they are charging over 300 for a one-night stay. I remind calm and just wanted to rest, we go in the room and here comes more disappointment... My son is only one and has Asthma! We were given the most disgusting most hideous room/ suite. Toilet was rusted meadow all under it and on top of that it wasn't all the way on the ground that was the first red flag.. the second was the smell it was awful and to top it off mold and water leaked ceiling! This room would've definitely sent our son to the hospital! I had to then walk to the office and tell them this but are they not checking the conditions of the room? Then they gave me two choices the loft or a smaller cabin that only had one bed and a pull out and I asked which is closer to the park, I was told both, so I opted in to the one with the space we required it was six of us. I thought this would finally do it but nope we get to the gate and can't get in. This trip overall ******

Received a kind upgrade from the manager into a suite with kitchenette and living area. Very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again!

The room I booked based on the pictures is not the type of room I was in. The fire sprinkler is hanging out of the ceiling and the bathroom area is subpar. I asked was any rooms available near my family and the lady thought I wanted to know if they checked in. She said I used a 3rd party to check in and I told her we used the same place so that shouldn’t have made a difference. I am so disappointed. My family is at another location and we are stuck with a room from 1970.

Well, it is just a very old, dated, musty smelling room, uneven floors, squeaky ceiling fan, kids sized toilet...... just need to be updated. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. We would not stay there again.
