We love staying here. The location is perfect for putting our kayak on the river from the parking lot! It is an easy, beautiful walk across the draw bridge to the downtown area with all the restaurants and shops. The views are amazing. The breakfast is adequate but not overly fancy, as is the rest of the hotel. The price is very reasonable, however, which makes it our go-to hotel. It is only about 30 minutes drive to Atlantic Beach, also, and much less expensive than the hotels there.

Chole at the front desk made the entire check in experience excellent and efficient. I walked in and another couple had just checked in, the phone was ringing and I was next in line and Chloe handled everything with polite professionalism. Later that evening she gave me a fantastic suggestion for a great local Italian place and the fresh pasta was a real winner. I've completely enjoyed my stay here thanks to her.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The staff at the front desk couldn't have been nicer and the breakfast was one of the best we had on our two-week vacation. The rooms were very well-kept by the housekeeping staff but are starting to show some wear. The upholstery in particular on the sofa had not been cleaned recently and was also stained. We swam in the pool once but did not go in again as there was some debris and cloudy water .One thing we have noticed recently is that this is more common in some of the Marriott brands than it used to be when you could always count on them to be pristine.
