cleanliness, hospitality and great for family. I appreciate the location. this state was incredible.

Food was great with lots of choices, staff are friendly especially the housekeeper Melinda, shout out to her, she made our bed nice and clean and provided extra towels, she’s very nice. The facility is clean and quiet, it’s very accessible to the stores and restaurants. Very well recommended.

The location was good. The free breakfast was not good. Food was not made well. Hotel was a little outdated.

Requested room on same floor as family staying in same hotel. Accommodated with rooms directly across from each other. Loved oatmeal bar. Family favorite for us.

Unfortunately there are not many options in the area. The staff’s attitude left a lot to be desired. Cleanliness was ok, not pristine, but acceptable.

We have stayed here before and had a great experience so came back again. This time was not as great, but not terrible. I will preface with I am meticulous with cleanliness so the random hairs stuck in our clean towels and still in the shower upon our arrival were a turn off for me. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess at the front desk for our late arrival the first night; however, the second night when we went down to ask for a spoon- mind you we looked around first so we would not have to bother anyone if we did not have to- we stood at the front desk for quite some time purposely making noise as we heard someone in the back office who would not come out. Finally, we picked up the phone to call back there and the same lady from the previous night came out with quite the opposite demeanor from the night before asking if we were calling. We stated yes, that we just needed a spoon and asked for water(which they had offered every other time we had walked past the front desk)She very rudely asked what is your name? Again, we stated we just needed a spoon and water. She ended up giving us the spoon but said she couldn’t give us water. The next night when we walked in it was a different host at the front desk who again offered each of us waters. So not sure what the issue was. Overall not a terrible stay but the customer service and cleanliness was definitely not what it was our first stay here.
