The room was full of dust and had a huge spiderweb going from the curtain to the ceiling. The bathroom was so tight that the door barely opened without hitting the toilet. The sink is outside of the bathroom. This was a bare minimum hotel that overcharged for what they offered.

20 minute wait to check in one woman working the desk while the guy just sat there, took me after he kept seeing me look at the time. Needs fresh paint and new rugs. Pool had bugs floating and the floor was slimy my kids jumped right out and went straight to the shower, we forgot our shampoo and conditioner and they left no toiletries other than a 1 ounce shampoo bottle that was open and used from previous guests. Had to ask for towels we were 4 and had two bath towels. We had a $90 food order from Paul’s pizza For our trip back when we got to the parking lot we realized we left it in the fridge, I went back in and they said they had already thrown it out. That’s absolutely impossible. I wasnt gone 5 minutes, all the food was wrapped Im sure it was their lunch. Will never stay here again or recommend them go down the block to holiday in!!!

This hotel was bought by Hilton from Best Western. But, giving it a name "Hilton" does not give them a license to raise prices of a room to Luxury hotel level, which I had to pay. I wouldn't pay more than $39.99, if I HAD A CHOICE. The rooms were not clean, things were broken ( toilet paper holder was not there & rolls were on the floor) etc. Though the staff were friendly & helpful. The rooms were like they belong to cheap hotels.

The first thing that you have to understand is that you are not at a fancy Hilton. Everything about this hotel is bare bones, the beds are good, the hotel is super clean, and you get a free breakfast. It's seconds off the T-way and 15 mins south of Albany and super safe. But don't overpay, if the price is high, drive to Albany and stay at a fancy Hilton and not in a monk's room. We have stayed here twice, both times at a discount price from the expensive Albany Hiltons. It's a wonderful place to get a night's sleep.

Terrible all around. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and was dirty, the bathroom was gross. Stains on the floor and terrible lighting. We could not stay the night after we saw a bug under the pillow. Packed our bags and drove home. Would NEVER recommend for ANYONE!!!!!

This area is lacking on hotels but we booked this one, as we had points to use. While the hotel was clean, it was no up to todays standards. There were no easily accessible outlets for charging cell phones/laptops, ipad, etc. Mattress needs to be replaced as it was sunk into middle. Hotel is built of wood, so you can hear everything above/below you and next to your room. The staff was really friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. Breakfast was nice they even had Almond Milk for those who need it.

Basic bread and butter hotel , no sliding door if you have disabilities . No elevator . Room was very big and clean , didn’t smell , bed was comfortable , had refrigerator, microwave, sofa and two overstuff chairs . Shower was nice and hot but the soap and shampoo bottles on the wall had opened and were empty . Has truck and rv parking but it has deep ruts so tread lightly . Will stay again

No cold air air conditioning in the suite, no closed captions in TV, out of order jacuzzi and empty body soap squeezer in the shower. The lady receptionist was nice and helpful to carry our luggage upstairs since there was no elevator for the senior citizens with weak legs. The hotel needs to upgrade a long way.
