We loved everything about this resort. The room was spacious, very friendly and helpful reception staff. They were able to arrange a taxi for us for both days to do some sightseeing and transfer to Mandalay. The buffet breakfast was very good and they have a big selection of food for lunch and dinner. The pool and garden is lovely, ideal for the beautiful sunset in the evening overlooking the river.

Comfy room and big bathroom. Good WiFi (but it’s necessary VPN). There are a lot of options for breakfast, and the restaurant’s food is delicious. All the staff is very helpful (we arrived in the night bus and the room was available to early checkin). It’s possible to rent a motorbike to go to temples.

There is a shuttle service, the swimming pool is perfect, the river view is unbeatable, the food inside is very reasonably priced and tastes good. The greenery is good, close to the original buildings of Bagan, very convenient.

1. They couldn't exchange Myanmar Kyats, which was a big disappointment.
2. They could have offered a bottle of water upon leaving.
3. They couldn't help with bus ticket purchases, which was a big disappointment.
4. The bathroom didn't drain properly.

First of all, the air conditioning is cool and you can rent an e-bike inside the hotel, which is nice. However, there is no supermarket nearby and the location is not so good.
