We were not very sure when booking, but it's a hotel that deserves 5 stars. Firstly, it's quiet in a region and far from noise. Furthermore, the Ughisar castle, which is neglected to enjoy the hotel, accompanies you with the glory of the fortress, which is overlooked. Uruguay, View and Avanos are very close to the car. The rooms are pleasant and very beautifully dressed. A huge addition to being a new hotel and dedicating to cleaning. Jesus' brain help and gentle gestures are also appreciated. The welcoming was very good. The staff was friendly and they even helped with the bags because the room was on the bottom and there are a lot of stairs to get to the top… I struggled a bit to get my laundry that was handed in. They were supposed to return it at 5pm the latest, and by 8pm I had to go ask in person by walking all the way to the top, after numerous calls to reception. The guy working in reception when handing in the keys and getting ready for the airport was not friendly. (Also the same guy who said to wait the whole time for the laundry). It’s as if everything was too much trouble for him. He was also supposed to give breakfast to us leaving early morning for the airport, but he never did - although it was arranged and paid for in the reservation deal. Overall a good stay as the room was clean, private, big and very beautiful. Unfortunately it was too hot at night and I had to sleep with the windows and door open because the water heater could not switch off, even though I asked the, (not friendly) receptionist to assist. He only said turn the knob to the left but it didn’t do anything. I would recommend the hotel 100%, just the receptionist taking over from the welcoming receptionists would make me think twice before staying there again.

The most unforgettable experience in Cappadocia, the rooms are really primitive cave hotels, very distinctive, with heating and air conditioning. The owner Önder is very kind. He recommends different activities for us and makes reservations for us, from ATV to The hot air balloon and the red and green lines all sincerely provided his own opinions. Finally, we listened to his suggestions and it was true. The other line was boring. The hot air balloon needs to get up at 3 in the morning, and the boss thoughtfully prepared a blanket for us to fear that we would get up early the next morning. We need to go to Kayseri Airport at 4 in the morning on the third day. The boss also booked the express bus for us. I showed up at the door on time at 5:58. It was only 100 lire in a three-hour drive. We brought 4 large boxes, which were also transported free of charge. Every night we went back to prepare Turkish black tea for us to chat with us. The breakfast was also very rich. Patiently introduced each ingredient, and also raised a Shar Pei named Potick, friendly and docile, in short, it is a worthwhile experience.

In order to exercise Chinese, we have been a half-day tour guide and happy. The hot air balloon is especially beautiful on the terrace on the top of the hotel.

Absolutely loved the stay at Ottoman Cave Suites. In walking distance from the bus stop. Arrived at 5am, couldn't check in as room was occupied, but staff were super helpful and allowed us to sleep in a quiet room until the morning and allowed to use washroom facilities and tea/coffee. The room itself was beautiful. Very luxury for the price. Views from the terrace were mind blowing. Loved everything about this stay. Couldn't recommend enough. Thank you to everyone that made this stay super pleasant.
