A fairly good half-cave hotel, booked a family suite, the actual room and picture are not the same, the front desk explained that this is separated by a wall, but the reservation picture is a few pillars, it is very Spacious, the actual room is not very satisfactory, the bathroom as a five-person room is relatively small, only half of the bathroom is a real cave, the other parts are covered, the hotel is clean and clean, the staff is friendly, very good, still There is a swimming pool, the terrace restaurant has a great view, the breakfast is Turkish style, there are not many surprises, the location is good, very close to the town center! But the price is not high!

The breakfast is especially good. The boss who is alone is very warm, very kind and gentle. It’s not far from the taxi. The hotel will give you a car and will give you luggage and a terrace room. We are a suite. I can sleep three people, the favorite enthusiasm of the bosses is really comfortable.

This hotel is beyond what it is advertised. Not only is the hotel located in the best location in the city with amazing views and impeccably clean rooms it also comes with one of the best breakfasts Ive had at a hotel. The views you get tat this hotel are unparalleled. The hotels ambiance is to die for as it feels as if you are staying in a cave with all the amenities you could want. Besides the hotels amenities it is important to note the hotels staff. The hotels staff is one of the most professional and helpful people I have interacted with. Specially SERHAT, words cannot describe how helpful this man was. We arrived at the hotel with 0 plans. This man acted like our travel agent booked our whole trip for us. He was constantly in contact with us when things got canceled due to bad weather and would make adjustments for us to have something else to do that day. Just interacting with and getting the services from Serhat was worth the hotels rates, the rooms were just a plus. I cannot vouch more for this hotel, highly recommend to anyone considering visiting Capaddocia!

Super super like and very special hotel! The boss is very interesting, but it can be seen that it is a business person. We stayed for two days, the room was warm and really super comfortable! Very good impression, especially different. The room was quite clean and exotic. The boss also specially showed us his cellar for us to take pictures. Unfortunately, I couldn't see the hot air balloon. The boss's puppy is very cute and comes to eat every day for breakfast.

We had a really comfortable stay at Lunas Cappadocia! Mr. Kerim and his brother were so kind, attentive, communicative, and honest. We greatly appreciated the accommodations made for allowing us to leave bags before check-in/after check-out. He kindly checked tour prices for us, made recommendations, called taxis, etc. The hotel is a bit far but still within walking distance (15-20 minutes) from main attractions in Uchisar. The area is really quiet and relaxing, and the locals are friendly. The room was cozy and sufficient for our needs. Breakfast was good, and the view of the Uchisar castle, though far, is beautiful. We highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a quiet stay and attentive customer service!

Fantastic location in Ushigar opposite the castle. Very peaceful considering we were so close to the busy tourist area. I struggled to find the hotel accurately on google maps beforehand as the road to the hotel is closed to normal traffic. We were allowed through but still had problems getting into the hotel.. all the doors were closed, but there was a bell! I think that is partly to keep the hotel quiet. A boutique cave hotel - wow - our room, a superior, was huge and very comfortable but no natural light apart from the 'chimney'. No AC but a large fan and the room temperature was fine. Lots of local soft furnishings and plenty of water. We explored the underground stairs and corridors in the hotel and ended up coming up on the other side of a road. A bizarre experience but good. The public areas were as good as they could be, very quiet and fairly basic, but in character. The small garden had an amazing view over a plain to the mountains beyond. The hotel doesn't do dinner, but we found 2 great restaurants (using TA). Breakfast was traditional turkish but with individual hot extras which varied every day and probably the best we had in our 6 hotel holiday. The home made lemonade was amazing as well. Staff were friendly and efficient.

We were greeted with a lovely smelling room. I was impressed by how all the ameneties in the room were in perfect working order. Warm, comfortable and cosy. The staff went above and beyond with well-detailed explanations of the tours available or places to visit. They were always friendly and helpful. The tour they organized with another company was also well-priced and we paid less than other tour participants. Breakfast was lovely and the kitchen staff were always sweet and kind. The hotel is in a great location with just a short walk to restaurants, ATMs and shops in Goreme. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

Amazing great hotel, surprised to find out that there’s no air conditioning because the rooms are literally in the cave structure they stay comfortable during summer! the rooms were clean and so special, the breakfast was the most delicious I ever had in the entire trip in Turkey after staying in 4 different hotels, no big selection like big hotel but the taste are good. 👍🏻 I got 3 rooms and we occupy the entire floor since it’s small hotel, there are Lounge chairs and even a swing outside our rooms. It’s very private and quiet. The location is on top of steep road but even my 80 year old parents could walk up if they do it really slowly. 5 mins walk down the main street are many restaurants and shops so we don’t have to get any taxis. The hotel staff will help you book everything you need, we got our jeep safari and green tour through them. In the morning you can see balloons from your terrace . During the green tour, our guide Huseyin is the most funny, helpful and knowledgeable guide we had in turkey too. Both him and his driver Heli took care of my elderly parents really well. When my parents were not able to visit the attractions during the green tour due to mobility. They will make sure they have a place to sit and drink. I was worried about them following us on the tour but it turns out amazing. Heli got a smalll gift set for my parents to show respect for them. Cozy and a lovely experience the staff of Zara Cave Hotel provided. Our favorite was the amazing home made Turkish breakfast spreads they had our every morning. They make you feel as if you are a guest at their home and make you feel so welcomed. Highly recommend staying for the experience and the views the hotels outdoor hangouts provide.
