Excellent stay with top notch service everywhere (esp Ibrahim)! Best crowne plaza for me thus far Rooms were spacious and their service staff were super attentive. We were raving about this hotel even when we reached Istanbul. Will choose this again the next time i’m there.

My wife and I just returned home after spending a wonderful week at the Cappadocia Cave Lodge. The hotel has an excellent position, high on the hillside in Göreme; perfect for viewing the stunning local scenery and the early morning balloons. As other reviewers suggested, reaching it by car is a bit chaotic, but added to the experience and we never failed to find a parking spot close by. It's the same for all the hotels in this crowded little town. From the moment we arrived, the staff could not have been more helpful, always on hand to suggest places to visit, organise tours, give local knowledge etc. There was quite a nice family feel to it. Our room was great, really giving us the cave experience we wanted. It was well appointed (although some drawers for our clothes would've been nice and a few extra coat hangers in the wardrobe!), very clean and everything worked. The hot tub was huge! The room really was something different (in a good way!) and positively contributed to our holiday. We picked this hotel based on other reviews and have no hesitation in recommending it too. You won't be disappointed!

The best hostel I have ever stayed in! And I have stayed in many. The hostel is small and has a cozy family feel. The team are super friendly and welcome you into their family along with the dogs Hector and Critan! Breakfast is included and includes multiple courses or home cooked hot and cold dishes with a fresh menu every day. This is accompanied by endless complimentary tea, coffee and water from 8am -midnight. You are regularly greeted with snacks of fruit or home cooked sweets if you take some time to enjoy the rooftop terrace and spectacular views over Goreme. It is excellently located just off the main streets of Goreme and walking distance from the local bus station. From hot air balloon flying to multiple languages spoken there is nothing the manager can’t help you with and nothing is too much hassle. You stay in a large cave where you are asked to remain silent and respectful. It is cool, peaceful and the beds are comfy and the room super clean. The bathroom facilities are good although there are only 2 to share so at busy times you may have to wait. Overall this is a fantastic hostel and I could have happily spent my entire holiday there. Kamelye is an absolute must when visiting Cappadocia! Private rooms are available.

The room was perfect, The breakfast was excellent! But they let us down. We booked our hot air balloon ride through (get your guide )5 months before we flew to Cappadocia because it’s for my 54th Birthday. When we just arrived she ( Rabiss I think her name) kept on asking several times about our balloon ride which I have told her that everything was already in placed. We arrived September 28 and she approached us on the 30th our balloon ride. She said that the balloon ride, they cancel a day before and if we booked through them, they could update us anytime which it makes sense. My mistake was , I should have contacted the number that Get your guide provided because the address of the Company was in Göreme . Anyway, we cancelled and after 30 minutes she came to us and said that it’s already booked for October 3. I asked her the contact number of the company where she booked however no response from her. The following day October 2 , we were about to checkout because we were moving to Göreme for my Birthday. The manager / owner at first was hesitant to give the number. I said that it’s early morning and incase that there’s a problem then we could contact them directly but he said no problem just contact us and I will contact them which we didn’t agree. So at the end he gave his number. I contacted the number and I was surprised he didn’t know about the booking that I was telling so at the end I was the one who sorted out. I told to the manager that there was no any booking. The available date was October 5 and 6. The reason why the 3rd and 4th of October wasn’t available because the passengers of booking of September 30 and October 1 was cancelled because of the weather so they cancelled October 2 and 3 bookings and allocated the people of September 30 and October 1 which I didn’t believe. Those who were cancelled will be either fully refund or book when it’s convenient for them not to cancel the present booking. We didn’t have an alternative but to book the available date because I checked in get your guide and viator, there was no available from October 3 to 6. When we left, the manager and Rabiss never apologise. Rabiss was avoiding the topic even they were the one who put our luggage in the car. Another issue was better to book the tours like the Dervish and Turkish night through get your guide because free pick up and drop. The price that they quoted was same price with get your guide but transport not included in the price from the hotel. However , when Rabiss said to us that all included so we went ahead. But then when the driver dropped us in the hotel after the the show , we paid 1000 Turkish Lira ( 34 euros). We didn’t ask the manager why we had to pay but we presumed that it will be deducted from the final payment of the said booking. When we check out , we found out that the taxi was not part of it. So my recommendation or suggestion is to make clear and if possible black and white. We booked the hotel through booking.c

I went to turkey with my sister and mother and we decided to stay at the best hotel in Capadoccia, we were really excited to do the ballon trip and get to know the beautiful town. Once we arrived to the hotel the treatment was terrible, they were very disrisispectfull with my mother who is able to walk but had a wheelchair for asisstance. The hotel later told the tour guide from the balloons that they should not allow my mother to go to the trip (without letting us know the reason) and saying there was no room. IMPORTANT TO SAY THE TRIP IN BALLOON WAS ALREADY PAYED AND RESERVED. Later the next day we asked if there was any news on our ballon ride and they said there was no space. we where very disapointed. Later on arriving back to mexico and having our travel agent call the hotel for explanation we learned the hotel staff arranged for us no to go to the trip. Instead of telling us its not recommended for older people or even just letting one of ride, knowing we had made such a long trip to go there. It was on my mothers bucket list and it is very sad to know that lack of sympathy and comunication did this. WE DID NOT RECIEVE ANY COMPENSATION FOR THIS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OR OUR MONEY BACK FOR THE BALLOON RIDE. We felt discriminated throughout the stay.

Seki Cave Cavusin was amazing hotel. Their room so clean, comfortable, and cozy. We feels sleep in cave but in modern way. They have very nice, complete, and delicious breakfast. Their staf very helpfull and friendly. You can ask everythings about cappadocia with them. Their have best view to look hot air balloon in the morning (it so beautiful) and in their back view they have cave stone home. You can grt two view in one hotel. We are very statisfied can stay at Seki Cave Cavusin and very recomen this hotel. Thank you Seki Cave Cauvusin for your best service.

First of all, absolutely fair and just, I have to tell you how I feel. The hotel is in the highest place in Cappadocia, Uchir Fort. This is the most expensive hotel in Cappadocia. The best location to watch hot air balloons here is not the town of Goreme. The town is convenient for life. 1. I chose this hotel to read the online reviews very well, so I decided to try it. I just started to think that there is no red carpet photo. It seems that I am not particularly surprised. The room is not the kind of full stone special retro. Later, I found out that don’t go to live in that kind of room. Like very special, this hotel room is very large, and there is a terrace and restaurant on the first floor. The net red photos are taken by the restaurant outside. 2. The hotel room is very comfortable, clean, the location is excellent, the service is also very good, that is, it is not to step on the thunder, it is very convenient to buy things next to it, and the location of the scenery is excellent. 3. I don’t know more. I thought about changing to a special room hotel. I only knew what the gap was. I advised everyone not to look at the interior room decoration of the hotel. There was nothing except the room. I couldn’t see the scenery. It’s not clean and small. This hotel room is very big! ! ! Really recommend, avoid everyone stepping on thunder, I recommend

The Pome Granate Cave Hotel, located 10 km from the Uçhisar Castle, has a common lounge, free private parking and terrace. The Zelve Open Air Museum is 20 km away, the Nikolos Monastery and the Uruguay Museum are 22 km away. The hotel manager Ersan bears a map of the restaurant and historical locations you can go to in the area and he is a full restaurant expert. The restaurants he recommended were very pleasant and beautiful. Emirhan and Mehmet are very kind two receptionists. They always welcome you with a rose and help you. Rabbia and Gülten's lady breakfast is also very beautiful. You can be sure you will enjoy a separate morning. My wife and I stayed in a windowless room. We enjoyed it very much. Live in a cave, staying in a windowless room was a very nice teaching. I hope it will be in you. I first came to a place where I enjoyed a situation I said. You can be sure that this place will create a family warmth. I recommend you to come by car. This area is close to everywhere, you can go everywhere in 25 minutes. Finally, I want to say goodbye until you see again as a visitor to this beautiful family I enjoyed very much.
