The rooms looked ok in the beginning but it turned to a nusty experience. Very bad service, no towels at all or just 1 towel for all the days we stayed, they never cleaned the bathrooms and since they didn't even had a small towel for the bathroom floor , it was full in water and dirt ,they didn't moped our rooms of all our group. They had no papers, no toilet papers ,and no napkins in the restaurant. Nothing. The food was garbage. Not even the basic things and surprisingly low quality food. Very unkind or no service at all. They pretend they don't understand the English or any other European language. It was a nightmare and a bad surprise for us that in the 21st century there is such an unkind and bad service and behavior. Just under zero . Avoid it

Küçük ama güzel bir otel. Personeli ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Binası, odaları güzel. Konum olarak merkezi bir konumu var. Fiyat olarak da gayet makul. Olumsuz yanlarına gelince havlulardan biri kirliydi. Kahvaltı çeşitleri azdı.

It's a terrible hotel, it's turned into an in and out hotel at night, it's not clear who comes in and out, the staff are indifferent, the owners are arrogant, it's not a place to stay with your family, it's impossible to communicate, there's no one to listen to you, you talk to yourself.

I was generally satisfied with the hotel I stayed at in Nevşehir, where we went for business. It was also affordable in a central location. I stayed in a single room, although the room was a bit small, it was enough. The materials in the bathroom were sufficient, there was only water in the mini bar. It was a nice hotel physically, they served breakfast, it was moderate. The employees were not very professional, but they were well-intentioned and helpful.

We arrived on a tour on September 22. When we checked in we were given room 101, but when we arrived it was not cleaned. Replaced it with 102, the situation is the same. The third number is again not cleaned. We sat and waited at the reception desk for about an hour to check in, no one was in a hurry to resolve the issue.
