Camping le Raguenes Plage

Little family weekend before the start of the children's exams. Rental of an XL basic eco mobile home for 6 people, 4 adults and 2 teenagers aged 14 and 17. Very small teen bed...not for a child over 10 years old... It's a campsite with very very recent mobile homes! See almost new....except ours...which must be between 15 and 20 good years old! He lived well, and it shows. Housekeeping before our arrival had to be flown over...dead insects behind the trash can in the bathroom, no mold in the fridge and oven, greasy microwave, cobwebs, you name it! But we're cleaning up and settling in, we're not the type to cause a scandal, and it's only for 2 nights! We wanted to cook, but first problem, the gas hobs only light with a lighter or matches....unfortunately we are non-smokers. The bar kindly helped us out at 8:30 p.m. with a gas lighter! The swimming pool: deserted at this time! Pretty nice for us! It's not great luxury, but with 6 in a pool, we enjoy it! The indoor pool, heated, too heated, under a dome, to be avoided if you don't want to have your straps pulled up by someone, the manager I suppose, since she didn't take the trouble to introduce herself! We were obviously too noisy, we could be heard all the way to the end of the campsite! I can't even imagine the noise in high season.... In short, apart from Stéphane, at the bar-restaurant who was really very welcoming and very professional, we are disappointed with this experience! I almost forgot, the wifi...10€ for 20 hours of connection.

A campsite that is not worth its 4 stars! Fifteen-day stay on this campsite, from August 1 to 16, looking for a base near the ocean, at first glance it was our ideal place, close to the GR34, beach access and heated swimming pool just in case, on the paper everything is ideal, unfortunately just on paper. On our arrival we were received by a smiling and adorable young girl who when giving us the location was herself surprised, we were placed right next to the shed for the children's entertainment, after having toured the location I tell him that this will be impossible for us, and ask for an immediate refund, from there, the manager takes charge of the problem and clearly tells me “you booked too late, we will call you to let you know!” ( If the campsite is full, in this case we do not take reservations!) I tell him that I have not received any calls and that if that had been the case I would not have traveled 500km from the South of France to go up to "her campsite". She finds us a site reserved for campers staying two nights or a little longer, right next to the reception and without shade with slate plates and two halves of metal posts, what remains dangerous for children! After reflection we stay the fortnight. Positive points: Ideal southern Brittany location, close to the ocean with private access, "small" heated swimming pool. Hiking trails. Negative points: Haughty manager, it would be wise for you to stay in a tent in a real 4-star campsite. ! No entertainment for campers. Noisy campsite, no supervision in the evening to remind you that the campers are also there to rest, having to explain it three times at 3am to young teenagers jumping on the trampolines! Unmaintained swimming pools (the one outside remained opaque for more than a week), no supervisor to remind the rules of hygiene at the swimming pool (food, drinks, swimming shorts and flip flops, manager buoys, ball game then that there are more than fifty of us in the swimming pool), broken deckchairs, dirty and unmaintained water, too small for the number of campers. A shot of Karcher every evening would be welcome like what is done in other campsites! Supermarket with bread depot which runs out of bread at 11 a.m., closes at 12:30 p.m. to reopen at 4:00 p.m., and there no more bread at 5:00 p.m., and when we ask if we need to reserve the bread we answer no. Ice cream for 40 cents, even though it's our own bottled water, knowing that we were on heat wave alert, in addition to being a camper in a tent. The children's games are several years old or even damaged (I don't even know if they are still up to standard). Concerning the network, forget, concerning 4g I won't say anything it's about the suppliers, on the other hand the wifi costs 2€ per hour it's the same price as doing an hour in the gym, q

- Clean, modern, well-equipped mobile home. - Tree-lined campsite, a pleasure to walk there in the evening and above all the access to the beach via the small path is great - Secure with double barrier, at the top - Brilliant swimming pool, great slides without waiting despite the crowds, good-sized pools . Heated swimming pool at the top for baby. - High quality restaurant: very very good dishes, creative and fine cuisine, fresh products, top chefs. Ditto for the thin and crispy pizzas. - Very good grocery store, lots of things, good breads and pastries in the morning. In sufficient quantity. Friendly staff. - Lots to do and see around, very good location! On the other hand, big crowds in Brittany this year and suddenly (like everywhere): full restaurant almost every evening (you have to book) and very long to order pizzas. What bothered us on the other hand: sometimes lack of professionalism: animation too light without real place or means, no real swimming pool supervision (especially in the event of an incident or respect for the rules), lack of a pizza chef (who would lead the snack team), director who can be authoritarian with the staff and the holidaymakers or who has very strange reactions. Lack of conviviality in this campsite: no welcome drink or bar area in the evening to relax while watching the children at the games/trampoline (the tables are reserved for the restaurant).

Accueil agréable. Les emplacements sont grands mais manquent de haies. Les sanitaires sont très propres mais pas de lunettes sur les toilettes, pas de distributeur de savon. Nous ne reviendrons pas car pas de réseau et vous n'êtes pas informé lors de la réservation. Ne mérite donc pas 4 étoiles. La piscine couverte est ok bien que vieillissante.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine Le confort et la qualité du mobilhome jungle était très appréciable et a correspondu à mes attentes. La terrasse nous a permi de manger tout le séjour dehors malgré des épisodes pluvieux Le logement est bien équipé juste l’absence de couteaux à viande. Vous pouvez garer votre véhicule sans problèmes à côté car les emplacements sont bien espacés Le personnel est réactif et à l’écoute. J ai des problèmes de santé donc je n ai pas pu participer aux activités du camping mais les activités ne manquent pas. J ai trouvé le calme que j étais venu chercher les différents campeurs ont été respectueux et le camping etait paisible Pour les activités et balades, vous pouvez vous déplacer aisément en véhicule pour visiter pont aven ou concarneau sans passer trop temps sur la route. Pareil pour les plages elles sont à 5 mns à en voiture et à 300 ms à pied si vous voulez ne pas prendre votre véhicule. Un chemin vous mènera à deux magnifiques plages. Je recommande à 100% ce camping Juste un petit bémol c est la couverture 4g et la qualité du wifi qui ne sont pas top après les vacances sont faites pour déconnecter 😉
