Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique et à l’écoute des besoins des clients. Le petit déjeuner est bon et le buffet bien approvisionné. Concernant les chambres la literie est bonne mais un peu molle et la salle de bain mériterai une petite mise à niveau. Au final je reste satisfait de mon séjour.

accueil froid, pas de surclassement malgré un statut VIP Accor, chambre minuscules et agées, mal insonorisé, extérieurs déplorables, pas d'eau dans la chambre ni à l'accueil . Pas au niveau même d'un Ibis comme tant d'autres qui font beaucoup mieux. Je ne recommande pas du tout

Les chambres sont d'un autre âge. Absolument pas pratiques. La douche est une énigme à faire fonctionner. Le service de restauration est lamentable. Aucune prise en considération des intolérances alimentaires. Ce n'est pas admissible pour ce que cette chaîne est supposée être.

Chambre très petite. Salle de douche et WC d’un autre temps. Extérieur du bac à douche très sale, bricolage pour masquer la dégradation du mur sous le miroir de lavabo. Porte de SDB ne fermant pas. Moquette douteuse dans le couloir des chambres et porte d’accès au couloir sale. Eléments de petit déjeuner pas propre. Lorsque je l’on indique que les plateaux de petits déjeunes sont sales ainsi que la SDB, la réponse est : « je ne suis pas femme de ménage »? Ca c'est inacceptable ! Heureusement que le monsieur de l'accueil est sympathique.
