Good night stay Great location and soft bed, just very musty smell in room and beding not real clean

Bathroom was dirty, chilling had water stains all over the ceiling, carpet and chairs has stains as well as the matress pad and the room smelled. Room 124

We stay at this property several times a year while visiting my daughter at college. The staff is amazing and attentive! This was a fully booked weekend because of college graduation and dorm move out, but the breakfast staff never allowed any of the food to run out. It was all hot and delicious. My only complaint for the weekend is our bed was super hard.

would expect more for cost - next time Holiday Inn very rundown- needs updating. Nice friendly desk staff. Clean. odd musty/mildewy smell- guessing carpet, linens, drapes need updating. room a/c works well, room includes small fridge & microwave. TV very small. Holiday Inn Express right nextdoor is better rate snd looks much newer and updated. Wish we had seen that rate before booking here. Gal at Subway said her parents had stayed here and liked it. No ice machine or vending on our floor.

There’s really only a few things you need from a roadside hotel… safety, a good night sleep, and a good shower. We received none of the three at this horrible hotel. My husband and I travel a lot and roadside hotels are very hit or miss. This one was definitely a huge miss! First of all we couldn’t get in the door because the door lock didn’t work properly and we were never really sure if it was locked when we left. They said no one would be in our room until day 3 but someone was definitely in our room the first day because the A/C was set differently when we got back. That was very unsettling. The walls were so paper thin our neighbors talking and TV kept us up all night (and I don’t think they were even talking very loudly). We could hear everything not to mention the A/C unit rarely kicked on. And the worst part of all… there was absolutely ZERO water pressure. I could not wash my hair because I knew I’d never get the soap out. There wasn’t even enough water pressure coming directly out of the tub faucet to lay down in the tub and wash my hair under there. I had to take my shower bag to my mother-in-laws house to wash my hair. I mean really? What’s is point of this hotel?! On top of all that the room decor and amenities of this hotel have not been updated since the 80’s. They draw you in with photos of their recently updated lobby, but don’t let that fool you. The rooms are crud! Water damaged ceilings, cracked sink, no USB’s anywhere, etc, etc, etc. Do not stay here!
