Lovely quiet studio within easy walking distance of downtown. Everything was clean and as advertised. Owner’s communication was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Nice, convenient, everything you need.
Spacious, clean, studio in a quiet, leafy, neighborhood, with a superbly comfortable bed. Well equiped kitchen. Enjoyed the quiet, while also an easy walk into the center of town.

Great Studio
We loved our stay. The studio was cozy and we loved the natural gas fireplace.In addition, the property is in an excellent location. It is very close to downtown Nevada City and has easy access to Highway 49.We had a very relaxing stay!

Perfect getaway!
The studio had everything we needed for a one night getaway, it was lovely to have a refrigerator, filtered water and a gas fireplace as well. The flannel sheets were cozy. Great walking distance to downtown Nevada City which has great restaurants and shopping.
