This is a family friendly hotel perfectly located for visiting Koblenz. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The hotel has very nice views from the Rhine and it is very quiet allowing you having good resting.

Many positive things have already been said about this accommodation and we were generally enthusiastic about it as well. We were here in December and had two different rooms: one room on the ground floor with a very spacious (fairly new) bathroom and a smaller room on the first floor with a relatively old bathroom. The rooms are ok, but certainly not fantastic: quite dated and the water in the shower on the 1st floor did not drain properly. The mattresses were on the soft side. Early in the morning (if we remember correctly already at 6 o'clock!) the church bells started ringing and this is very noticeable if you sleep with the windows open. Perhaps something to bear in mind if you plan to come to this place in the summer, as there is obviously no air conditioning in the rooms. The location of the abbey/hotel is on the edge of (actually outside) Bendorf and is absolutely fantastic: quietly situated between the trees and hills and therefore a good starting point for various walks. In combination with the snow, this really felt like a fairy-tale. The breakfast room is also the check-in area and restaurant, a 5 / 10-minute walk from the abbey. The breakfast is luxurious and extensive and it is possible to order additional items such as extra bread or tea/coffee. We also had dinner here in the evening and the food was just as good. All in all: reasonable rooms, but above all a fantastic location with good breakfast and evening meals.

Interestingly styled hotel, beautifully situated on the Moselle. Spacious rooms. Service on the terrace/beer garden not available. Pure self-service at the often overcrowded kiosk. If you speak to service staff, the answer comes that you have to help yourself either at the bar in the hotel or at the kiosk mentioned. Breakfast is only available from 0700, although the staff on the previous evening said 0630 when asked several times. Then it just fails. Too bad and very ugly.

Goed hotel voor de prijs. Schoonmaak kan iets beter; het ziet er allemaal schoon uit maar in de hoeken en kieren (bijv. onder de schuifdeur in de badkamer) zat nog stof. Bed lag goed, kamer is klein maar zeer praktisch ingericht. Badkamer is ruim en modern, maar het toilet zit voor mijn gevoel op een vreemde plek. Geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt, in de stad zelf zijn ook voldoende opties. Zeer vriendelijke man achter de receptie, dat mag wel even vermeld worden.

Centrally located at the main railway station we await you in the modern 3 star superior GHOTEL hotel and living Koblenz. When furnishing the hotel importance was paid to elegance and modern design. This is already noticeable upon entering the hotel because the hotel facade made of black brown clinker brickwork and the windows with different color elements create a special atmosphere.
On the entire ground floor of the hotel panorama windows provide a bright light flooded reception area. The hotel bar and breakfast area are also located here. This is where the imposing ceiling lighting immediately catches the eye creating unusual illumination in the form of large and small champagne pearls. It reflects the connection of the city of Koblenz to the Deinhard sparkling wine producer whose production facility was once in Koblenz.
In general the hotel interior is dominated by soft cream and beige shades. Noble brown and purple tones set tasteful accents. The works of art by a local artist which are exhibited in the hotel in Koblenz are further eye catchers. The color concept and the modern fresh furnishing style are continued in the 120 comfortably equipped rooms.

Wir waren für eine Nacht da. Schon beim Einchecken bekommt man das Gefühl vermittelt, das man hier gut untergebracht ist. Netter kompetenter Service. Auch an den Zimmern kann man nicht aussetzen, sie sind zweckmäßig aber schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig. Kaffee steht auf dem Tisch in einer Thermoskanne bereit. Das Hotel ist rundum zu empfehlen.

The hotel has ”theme rooms” with the appropriate advertising deco. Very funny, but it will certainly bring the appropriate money into the hotel's cage. At the check-in, a 50% higher price was first requested than the online booked by us. Therefore it is advisable to have the booking documents and the associated e-mail transportation at hand. From the location the hotel is well suited for walking paths to the city centre. In addition, it is well connected for the car. The parking lot (barrier/automatic system) costs 10 euros - when ”gain” through the reception 5 euros per day. The rooms are quite spacious with sufficient deposit facilities in cords and boxes. I think a shortage is the clear brightness of the Rooms. The water pipes are apparently little dimmed. Dush activities from other areas are very clearly heard in your own room. In addition, unfortunately, there are only the Rolos windows for sun protection. Who needs a complete darkness to sleep , there is something missing. We had a room to Langendorfer Street. Since we stayed there from Saturday to Sunday, but of course the vehicle traffic was rather restricted and not worth the speech. The breakfast was very extensive in quantity and selection and tasty. For short stays, please return.

EEmily_Cole27Wir waren für eine Nacht hier, weil wir im Restaurant La Mer einen Gutschein eingelöst hatten. Das Personal war unheimlich freundlich, sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Leider haben wir nur gefrühstückt und nicht zu Abend gegessen, aber abends war das Lokal komplett voll, trotz Corona. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Betten sehr bequem. Wir können das Hotel für einen Kurztripp nur empfehlen. Man ist sehr schnell in Koblenz
