Nightmare at the hotel! We had reservations for two nights over the weekend of August 15th. Arrival around 3 p.m. Correct welcome. By the time we took our bags up to our room and went downstairs to enjoy the swimming pool in this intense heat, we were told that we had to leave at 4 p.m. because there was a wedding! If you would have said this when booking, we would not have taken this hotel! Given the heat in the room (minimum 30 degrees), I ask them if it is possible to put 3 deckchairs at the bottom of the park. I have the honesty to say that he offered us 3 glasses of rosé wine. We go back to the room and there we enter a furnace! No ventilation, nothing! It must be at least 30 degrees! The adjustment knob is broken! No fridge to cool drinks, the two bottles of water provided could have been used to make tea! I go down to reception and ask to do something because we are with a person over 80 years old and it is not bearable. There, another girl replied to me in an unpleasant tone that it's not their fault if it's so hot and that the hotel is not sold as air-conditioned, and we have to come back in September for the air conditioning! As at this time it is impossible to leave, we decide to buy a fan at the shopping center. We come back from dinner outside and I show them the fan that they weren't even able to offer. Once in the room with the window open, it was impossible to fall asleep before 1 a.m. because of the cries of the wedding's children who were still playing in the park! For a restful and relaxing weekend with grandma who is in a nursing home, it's off to a bad start. After a decent breakfast but nothing more, a quick swim in the swimming pool open at 9 a.m. “exceptionally” to compensate us for the damage suffered the day before, we left this establishment worthy of a maximum two star, being very very generous.
