Super helpfull staff very good quality food. From the arrival we have all staff member look after us and help us with all our question. Very nice area. Room confertable but a beds are a bit soft but this is my opinion. Will come back to this hotel.

This is the 3rd Jufa hotel in Austria we’ve visited and it’s the worst so far. Pros: close to Vienna, close to the forest, big green area, nice outdoor playground. Contras: Food was quite basic. indoor child playground was very poor, at least there is a slide and lot’s of balls, otherwise there is not much for the kids to do there. Staff was not unfriendly however 0 effort was shown to enthuse the customer. Rooms were tidy however our had an unpleasant smell when we first entered. Lunch: we were told there is lunch from 12:00pm however when we went they said that the cook will be coming later today ?!

Excellent 4* hotel, quiet, clean, large room with an amazing view. A very pleasant, beautiful bathroom with a huge window. Excellent breakfast, lots of choice, everything is fresh and tasty. The hotel staff is very nice and attentive. This is the second time we visit this hotel and we will definitely come back here.

The hotel is situated on a blissful slope just a few steps away from the village of Neutal, a very beautiful and quiet spot. The staff is motivated and very professional, always attentive towards their guests desires. A great place.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig und frisch. Vor allem das Gebäck sowie der Obstsalat und die Eierspeise haben uns überzeugt. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Waldbad in unmittelbarer Nähe ist zu empfehlen.

Wir haben es sehr genossen. Das Essen war super lecker und das Areal ist richtig schön. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer groß und sauber. Unser Hund war willkommen und kostete nicht viel extra. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Danke

Perfektes JuFa Hotel, Indoor und Outdoor Spielplätze sind perfekt. Halbpension auch ausgezeichnet. Wellness Bereich, lieben wir ! Das Personal denkt an alles und hat immer ein besondere Gedanken für den Kinder ! Danke nochmal und bis bald !

Auch in der ruhigen Nebensaison wieder ein herrlicher Aufenthalt. Gerade im 4 Sterne Trakt sofort wieder zu empfehlen. Essen und Trinken haben sehr gemundet. Und das Service ist super nett und sehr persönlich. Toll ruhig. Such wenn wir keine Kinder haben.
