We were the 4th time in Edelweiss. Everything was wonderful. What we miss is a whirlpool in the spa. And we would like to have the outside pool open for kids in the afternoon for 1 hour and not only 30 min. Location is excellent. Food was very tasteful and according to our desires. Staff so friendly and willing to help

Absolutely superb hotel ! The rooms are amazing, the food is wonderful, the staff very friendly and helpful. Everything is perfectly clean and all the details are well taken care off. The tours and outings very well arranged and recommended. (We went to the Christmas market in Innsbruck which was a fantastic experience. )The spa, gym and pools are awesome! This is the perfect place to stay for the whole family, you can rest, go downhill skiing, cross country skiing, have a massage, go exploring in the area, etc.. We will be back !

As soon as we entered the lobby, we knew we were "home!" We have been arriving at this Hotel each year in early September to enjoy the alpine hiking, creature comforts, and excellent food. The staff are exceptionally good at answering questions, providing hiking advice, and ensuring each guest has a memorable stay. We are happy that we enjoy hiking since the temptation to over eat is always present!

Beautiful place for nature lovers. Different options for skiing and many activities possible. Sauna and outside pool area are amazing. Staff very nice and owners very polite. Very well organised, very good hospitality and excellent food

This is an excellent hotel. There are two main types of room, some traditional style and more modern style obviously built more recently. Both styles are good, a small add in the modern style rooms is a fridge and a coffee/tea maker. Not all rooms have a view of the glacier so if you want that then ask. The food was very good. The hotel is convenient for buses which are all free as are the mountain lifts. The outdoor pool is heated and the spa facilities are very good. Overall this is a quality hotel.

I have been staying in this hotel for years. Every time it surprises me with some improvment. The service is great, Facilities offer plenty places and ways for relaxation. Rooms are specious and have very comfortable beds. I always stay in skiing season so shuttle to the glacier is a great convenience. The food is great. Lots of choices but whatever you choose is mouth watering. Complements to the chef. I placed couple of photos from a dessert day that is one of the attractions. To sum up you do not want to leave.

We had a great week here. 2 wheelchairs were no problem at all and everything from shuttle service to accessibility were flawless all the way. The hotel was very clean, modern and had everything you need for a great ski trip. The big storage room for ski equipment was perfect! Very kind and helpful staff, but a special thanks to Martin in the restaurant who took great care of us every breakfast and dinner!

A wonderful vacation Me and my wife was spending a week in this hotel. It is simply fantastic. The breakfast has a lot of choice healthy and not, a good start for a great day in the slopes at Stubaier Gletcher. There is an afternoon snack that is like a lunch and then the dinner. Just a word for the dinner terrific, so tasty and such a variety of taste. My compliments to the kitchen and to the staff they are very kind and makes you feel at home. The hotel is very clean as well as the spa. I would recommend to anyone to come here. One of the best hotel I have ever been. The prices and the standard of the hotel are adeguate. In essence a fantastic hotel in the middle of a beautiful nature. Thanks and see you next year! /Jonas & Annika
