Very warm and welcoming hotel. Staff available and very attentive. In particular, a big congratulations for Zoltan who is of exemplary helpfulness. The rooms are a very good size and the beds very comfortable. The meals are good, varied and they always offer a vegetarian option.

Pleasant ambience. The food was good again. Service very nice and competent. Very nice sauna and relaxation area and pool. Enough parking spaces (also for e-cars). Glacier bus stop nearby. Maintained paths for walking.

A dream stay in a dream environment. Everyone took great care of us. Sauna, Hammam, heated indoor swimming pool, massages... The evening meals are quality and the Chef really goes out of his way to never do the same thing twice. The menu is translated into the customer's language and every morning you can choose between 2 starters, 2 main courses and even a vegetarian dish. The afternoon snack isn't bad either (a shame there aren't more typical cakes and/or hot dishes like pancakes, waffles or more local ones like Kaiserschmarren). . It's also a bit of a shame and petty to charge for coffees and teas or snack drinks when the cakes are free. It could be included in the price. But it's really just to quibble. In terms of skiing there is has a dedicated room and the bus stop to go to the Glacier is right in front of the hotel 50m away. The relaxation area is magnificent and all the decoration is superb. It looks like the hotel is brand new. Honestly, we highly recommend this establishment without hesitation. We had a wonderful stay! Congratulations to the whole team. The icing on the cake was that we were upgraded on arrival to a 60 m2 suite!!!

Perfection in every way. Spacious rooms ideal for families, the sauna/spa pool area, relaxation area, varied and high quality meals. A beautiful environment with quick bus access to the Stubaier Gletcher.

We spent a very pleasant week, both in terms of the hotel, the rooms made every day, the wellness center, the staff who made the effort to understand us, the semi-gastro meals. In addition, the area is accessible by regular shuttle.

Sono stato insieme a mia moglie una settimana ospite in questa meravigliosa struttura, che dire, ho trovato il Paradiso! Luogo incantevole, la camera aveva un balcone con vista ghiacciaio dello Stubai, ampia con tutti i comfort e bagno molto funzionale. La mattina colazione strepitosa con ampissima scelta tra salato e dolce. A pranzo è possibile mangiare una zuppa e degli affettati e dolci. La cena a la carta con piatti mai banali, preparati con ingredienti di prima qualità sempre molto buona. Area wellness con piscina e sauna disponibile dalla mattina alla sera. Con la Stubai Card poi si può fruire degli impianti di risalita, gli autobus e la Stubaital Bahn per muoversi nella valle e raggiungere Innsbruck. Coccolati dal personale che è attentissimo per rendere il soggiorno il più piacevole possibile. Lo consiglio vivamente e non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

Posto incantevole , personale cordiale, prezzo conveniente con circa 1800€ a coppia per una settimana, ti danno colazione cena , e se torni per pranzo c’è un lunch a buffet sempre disponibile, ti danno la carta trasporti valida per tutto il Tirolo , fermata sotto l’hotel e zona relax ( piscina , sauna, bagno turno ect…)! Sicuramente torneremo
