We spent a few days in the beach kid we've noticed positive: + Excellent kitchen - really very, very exceptional, perhaps the best food we ever had in a hotel, regional products, small but tasteful dishes. TOP TOP TOP + rooms beautifully modern and quiet, good soundtrack for the ride + beautiful garden + few meters to the beach, kajaks, SUPs, bikes rentable / included in the price + hotel built sustainablely from wood, to take care of a general approach to sustainability very well What could be improved - concept of sustainability desirable but not consistently implemented. There were few washable latches, but they were constantly out - concept with all inclusive only for children and not for adults we found irritating. Children can lunch, adults sit next to and eat the rest. Why don't take a little more money per night and everybody gets a snack? Just with water for dinner: children get water carife (water us the line) and adults should pay the same water that is available for free until 17:00? ! That is irritating at EUR 300 per night. We wanted to book a night on the beach spontaneously and thought it would be very nice... very nice it was also, but that was it then it was... the first of two rooms also strongly after smoking, What the cleaning staff apparently noticed and tried to overthrow this with a unpleasant room smell. Then we received a new room. In the three bedrooms booked, the extra bed was missing first, no problem... But what was delivered then was to sleep and reasonable for a child. At night between 22 and 23:00, then the reception tried to exchange this bed or at least make it durable. The first trial was made with three bed lakes. The second trial failed with three wool covers. The last attempt was then to screw the whole with three additional bed covers. A further mattress or other way has not been taken to the staff. Continuing is the cleanliness and the state of the furniture is not in order. For example, I don't want to know who's finger nails have already cracked all in the back of our bed. This was completely holed and doesn't really leave any questions as to how these holes have entered there. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr schön geräumig und sauber. Unser Zimmer war auch schon deutlich vor 16 Uhr bezugsfertig, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Der Blick war toll. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte ebenfalls eine reichhaltige Auswahl inkl. Omelette-Station. Der Wellnessbereich - auch wenn wir ihn nicht genutzt haben - wirkte ebenfalls schön und weitläufig, Es ist vielleicht hier und da etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber insgesamt haben wir uns - auch dank der Lage und dem freundlichen Personal - sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziges Lowlight war unser Versuch im Hoteleigenen italienenischem Restaurant essen zu gehen - hier wurden wir beim Ankommen einfach so wahnsinnig unfreundlich behandelt bei der Frage nach einem Tisch. Noch nie erlebt sowas und direkt wieder gegangen. Sehr schade. Dennoch konnte uns dies den Aufenthalt nicht vermiesen.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, das war ein sehr guter, erster Eindruck. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig im Aja-Style. Leider auch hier kein Safe im Zimmer. Das Zimmer wird nicht täglich gereinigt. Unpraktisch die Vorhänge vor dem Badezimmer. Wenn man nachts auf die Toilette muss, kommt zu viel Licht ins Zimmer. Am Bett leider nur eine Steckdose, die andere Bettseite hat nichts. Es gibt auch keine Nachttische. Beim Frühstück muss man besonders am Wochenende sehr lange einen freien Tisch suchen. Auch wenn es dazu eine Ankündigung im Fahrstuhl gibt, ändert es nichts an der Tatsache. Das Personal beim Frühstück spricht offenbar überwiegend kein Deutsch. Hier und da hat man das mitbekommen. Das will ich gar nicht grundsätzlich kritisieren, aber es sollte wenigstens jemand in der Nähe sein, der helfen kann. Meistens wurden die Gäste mit ihrer offenen Frage zurückgelassen. Die Auswahl ist ausreichend, wenn auch wenig abwechslungsreich. Die Brötchen gehen definitiv besser, das Obst ist immer das gleiche. Der Fitnessraum ist leider nicht so schön wie im Aja in Warnemünde. Aber ansonsten ist alles da was man braucht, wenn auch nicht groß. Der Spa-Bereich ist leider auch nicht so schön wie in Warnemünde. Es gibt nur normale Liegen (keine ”Betten/Matratzen”), die nicht so bequem sind. Aber auch hier kann man es durchaus eine Weile aushalten. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, man ist direkt an der Promenade. Wenn man für einen Aufpreis ”Meerblick” bucht, bekommt man wahrscheinlich nicht den Meerblick, den man erwartet. Natürlich sieht man das Meer, aber nicht den Strand oder die Promenade. Man schaut in einen Innenhof, dahinter die Grömitzer Welle und darüber das Wasser. Mir ist bewusst, dass sich diese Bewertung schlimmer liest, als es tatsächlich war. Ich muss allerdings den aufgerufenen Preis von knapp 300 € pro Nacht inkl. Parkplatz in Relation zur Leistung setzen und dafür ist es leider definitiv zu viel. Deshalb nur drei Sterne. Für Gäste mit Elektroauto: Direkt gegenüber befindet sich eine 50KW Ladestation mit zwei Ladepunkten. Vor dem Check-in haben wir vollgeladen während wir etwas gegessen haben. Das Parken ist während des Ladevorgangs umsonst.
