Fantastic hotel with excellent staff. Beds comfy, plenty choice at continental breakfast. Well looked after as we sat and had a few beers before we all went out. Prices reasonable. Stayed 13th - 24th for euros. Ideal 709 tram into busy old town in Düsseldorf but only a few mins walk into quieter Neuss. Only downside was lift not working and there didn’t seem to be much activity on the “fixing” it during our stay. Staying 411 so bit of a struggle with case 😆 Maybe a toaster at breakfast? But all in all a great stay.

first time to stay at ibis styles düsseldorf neuss and right at check-in i notice that it's not an authentic ibis styles. they couldn't find my reservation and had to look in another computer for it which i made through accor.com as usual. after they found my reservation, then they had to enter all my info to the other computer and finally gave my key. the room was quite small and it has no AC which was very bad. bathroom also small and old compared to the room which looked newer. breakfast was OK, quite good, can't complain. also the welcome drink voucher and key (it was a key not card) was different from other ibis styles, sure it was a old hotel converted to ibis styles like a francies.didn't enjoy that much especially due to no AC but location was good for my meetings.

I spent two days there because I attended a full-day seminar in the office building next door on Saturday. The price/performance ratio with breakfast was okay, but not very personal. Unfortunately, you could only pay with a credit card if you knew the PIN and not via my Visa card and my Consorsbank app. For a large corporation you could be more modern.

I can only recommend the IBIS Styles. There is little to complain about, except that the rooms are a bit dated. Breakfast was very good. Very friendly staff in general. The walk into the center was a bit dark, so I preferred to drive there.

The hotel is very manageable, the reception is open 24 hours a day and is very friendly. Breakfast is served from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., it is very good and sufficient - everything is fresh! The rooms are small, but they have everything you need and they are very clean. Highly recommended! The price/performance ratio is perfect!

Stayed there for the second time in a very short space of time and was satisfied again. The room was OK, breakfast suited my needs and tasted good too. I will definitely be back! The fact that the garbage truck came in the morning is not the hotel's fault.

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis top! Zimmer klein aber fein, sehr modern, alles da. Das Bett groß mit super Matratze. Das im Preis inbegriffene Frühstück topt so manches Frühstück, das man in anderen Hotels extra bezahlen muss! Bis zur letzten Minute wird geschaut ob alles noch da ist und nachgelegt. Es wird um kurz nach 10 Uhr sogar gefragt ob man sich noch einmal bedienen möchte. Das Personal ist super freundlich und bemüht. Unser Hund war herzlich willkommen, sogar im Frühstücksraum! Nicht zu vergessen der mit 12 Uhr extrem späte Checkout! Vom überwachten und hellen Parkplatz geht der Aufzug direkt nach oben. Bei unserer nächsten Übernachtung in Neuss buchen wir hier wieder!
