This is a solid business hotel located centrally in Neuquen. It is clean, there are a couple of good dining venues on site, and the staff is really friendly. There are always affordable taxis out front, and the property also has some great meeting space on the second floor.

It was our first time visiting the city of Neuquén (Sept. 22 - 26) and we are happy we stayed here. The front desk attendants were all really great and very professional. (I can’t remember all of their names but every single one of them were great.) Jonathan helped me checked in and was super helpful. The food from the restaurant was Good. I arrived at night and was tired and had room service and it hit the spot. The breakfast was Great. Belén and the rest of the breakfast staff were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast area was always clean. The rooms were clean and had good space. I also wanted to say a BIG thank you to Brianna from the front desk. During my stay, I always asked for a taxis service at the front desk. One day I left my phone in a taxi. I called the hotel and Brianna answered , she immediately reached out to the taxis office and explained the situation. I made the mistake of not making a note of the taxi number or even getting the drivers name; so I was kind of losing hope. After some minutes passed I called the hotel back and Brianna notified me that my phone was found!! You can’t imagine my relief!! She gave me the taxi office number and I called them and I was able to get my phone back. Once again thank you Brianna, as soon as I arrived she asked me if I got my phone back and if everything was ok. Overall this Hotel was GREAT. The workers are ALL GREAT and PROFESSIONAL. Looking forward to coming back! Please if you are looking for a wonderful, safe, clean place to stay - please check this place out!

mistreatment of the reception. she doesn't add my hilton honors points. she did not allow me to use the hotel parking lot, at my insistence she offered me to check out of the hotel. The rest was good

The whole service is 5 stars and so are the rooms, which are extremely comfortable. Those mattresses are to die for. My only complaint is the lack of a swimming pool. However, don’t be deterred by this little detail. When in Nequen, stay at the Hilton!

Tuve que alojarme en dos oportunidades en el hotel. Lamentablemente me llamó la atención la falta de limpieza en el lobby, todas las veces que quise pasar a tomar akgo, mesas vacias y sucias y no era que la mesa recién se desocupaba. No te dan ni ganas de sentarte.

La verdad me sorprendieron las falencias que tiene este hotel en la organizacion de un evento,errores que no pueden suceder ,por supuesto ninguna consideracion en el precio,como asi tampoco flexibilidad en dar de baja una hab.24 hs.antes y inconcebible el bloqueo de las llaves de la hab.a la hora del chek out,sin tener la cortesia ante los huespedes.,la verdad sin palabras

La atención y malas formas de responder de la recepcionista Antonela hacen que no regrese más al hotel. Mal educada. Deberían reveer el personal que contratan. Una lástima porque las instalaciones están bien, el gym ok pero lamentablemente la educación es importante en este tipo de hoteles.

O hotel é muito bom. É o hotel em Neuquén com a melhor sala de ginástica. O restaurante também é bom, com um menu bem diversificado. O estranho é que pedi a mesma comida em 3 dias diferentes que estive hospedada, através do room service. No último dia que pedi já não tinha mais a quantidade de ingredientes do primeiro dia. O hotel também não repõe as águas no quarto.
