A place that has it all, if you want to relax, play, dance, show, food, heated pool, spa... Close to shopping and restaurants, location ten out of ten. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to give the necessary guidance to find what you need. Extraordinary food, size, flavor, preparation. If I wanted to be picky, it could be that they expanded the restaurant's menu a little more, that would be the only thing, but the quality of each dish makes you quickly forget it.

The rooms are large, very comfortable, the bathroom is divine! I loved the room with access to the pool. The divine breakfast, with the attention and kindness of Fernanda, a sweet treat! The concierges are very friendly, especially Alejandro. The ****** surprises you with its size...very big...beautiful! What I didn't like very much was the cleanliness, on the first day everything was clean and perfumed, on the other days it seemed to me that the maid didn't really want to work. Ahh, tell the receptionists to be a little more cool, they are all very serious, not even a smile...do they think they own the hotel??? But, it is a divine comfortable hotel! I will be back!

Nice hotel, large and very very spacious rooms, very!!! In the week I was there the air conditioning did not work. The attention was friendly. Very well equipped bathroom and minibar. Maybe some finishing details, but in general. It's good and comfortable. There is no power outlet near the bed, there is only one on one side.

The hotel is very nice, it is clean and the rooms are large. The attention of the reception staff is excellent. We had dinner at the Seasons restaurant and the truth is that the food was very bad for the price they charge. The hotel breakfast is very rich and varied but the service is terrible. They take more than half an hour to serve you. They should organize **** differently.

I stayed both on the way out and on the way back from my trip to Bariloche. Very good attention, huge room!, incredible bed, all the details taken care of. It has a heated pool, gym, sauna and the ******. The super complete breakfast!! Highly recommended.
