One of the worst experiences after 20 years traveling, whether for pleasure or business. Terrible treatment and certainly unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. I had a problem with a room and after two days without resolving it, they ended up giving me the director's phone number so that I could call him myself at one in the morning. Totally unacceptable. A disaster.

War alles super. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage mit ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Zimmer absolut sauber und sehr leise und sehr gepflegt. Frühstück ist reichhaltig und spitze. Getränke in der Bar sind teuer. Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Modernes Hotel, geräumiges und ruhiges Superior-Zimmer, sauber, komfortabel, weiche, angenehme Kissen. Ein opulentes Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Guter Kaffee aus dem Kaffeeautomaten. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer großen Shopping-Mall, angrenzend an die Fußgängerzone der Stadt. Die Tiefgarage des Shopping-Centers kann gebührenpflichtig genutzt werden. Es gibt die Möglichkeit, Fahrräder und E-Bikes im absperrbaren "Fahrradkäfig" des Hotels einzustellen. Lademöglichkeit vorhanden.

Als Radisson Premium Member wurde uns (allerdings erst nach einigem Nachhaken) ein Upgrade auf ein Superiorzimmer gewährt. Das hat sich unzweifelhaft gelohnt, denn dieses Zimmer war groß, modern und gleichzeitig gemütlich eingerichtet und hatte sogar einen kleinen Balkon. Sogar der Inhalt der Minibat war inklusive! Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, auch mit frisch zubereiteten Eiern. Die Lage des Hotels ist erstklassig, direkt am Zentrum, Parken ist angesichts der riesigen Tiefgarage der Mall nebenan kein Problem.
