A great short trip. The room and food were top-notch. We lacked nothing. The meal times meant there weren't any crowds at the buffet. We used the indoor pool every day. Excursion tips are available at reception. We especially enjoyed the various activities for the kids, including cotton candy, magicians, and more.

Beautiful hotel with a swimming pool, all inclusive from breakfast and lunch to afternoon coffee and cake and a hearty dinner with nice people in the evening in the bar, everything is there, not far from the Czech border, interesting for shopping!

The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly. There are lovely hikes in the surrounding area, and there's plenty to do for children. The rooms are clean and functional. We had a terrace. The pool was 28°C and the whirlpool was 32°C. Breakfast and dinner were buffet-style. Drinks are free. Everything was excellent.

Zimmer schön und zweckmäßig, Bad/WC eine "Nasszelle" mit Kunststoff ausgekleidet. Kein Föhn im Bad (kann bei Verfügbarkeit ausgeliehen werden), Duschtücher/Bademantel fürs Hallenbad können gegen Reinigungskosten geliehen werden. Essen gut und reichlich, aber ein bisschen wie Kantinenabfütterung. Personal im Restaurant beim Abräumen sehr schnell, manchmal fast ZU schnell. Getränkespender war teilweise defekt. Whirlpool für maximal 5 Erwachsene (bei einem 600-Betten-Hotel). Für die kostenlosen Parkplätze darf man nicht zu spät kommen. Sonst muss man in der Wiese parken. Trotz Nähe zur Straße und zur Wallfahrtskirche sehr ruhig!

Leider war das Hotel enttäuschend. Wir waren im Nebengebäude und es ist gnadenlos hellhörig. Das Bad ist eine Katastrophe. Wir sind zwei Tage früher abgereist da an Entspannung nicht zu denken war.Für Familien scheint es ok zu sein wenn es einen nicht stört, das den ganzen Tag Kinder rum schreien und noch abends um 22 Uhr auf dem Fussball gespielt wird.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr gutem All-Inclusive-Angebot – immer ausreichend leckeres Essen, freundliches und präsentes Personal, aber nicht aufdringlich. Pool, Kinderangebote (Kino, Ausflüge) und Spielplatz top. Außenbar ideal zum Entspannen. Umgebung bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Sind auf Empfehlung von unserem Sohn und Schwiegertochter das erste Mal hier. Wir müssen sagen, daß Hotel läßt keine Wünsche offen. Vom Empfang, über das Zimmer, Schwimmbad, Service und nicht zu vergessen das reichhaltige und sehr Leckere Essen.

Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Personal an der Bar und im Service sehr schnell und bemüht. Schönes Schwimmbad, toller Biergarten (Plätze sind abends begehrt) mit Spielplatz nebenan. Leider vermissen wir eine Sauna. Kinderbetreuung am Abend sehr nett. Tagsüber haben wir sie nicht genutzt, da es ausschließlich Bastelangebote gibt, die unsere Jungs nicht so interessieren. Wir waren schon öfters hier. Desmal war das Hotel schon sehr voll, wodurch die Tischeinteilung beim Abendessen nicht ganz so reibungslos war wie sonst. Um mit kleinerern Kindern zu verreisen, ist das Hotel super. Wer es etwas ruhiger mag, ist in diesem Hotel zumindest zur Ferienzeit nicht an der richtigen Adresse.
