It's close to an affluent neighborhood in Paris, so the building is relatively pretty, it feels safe, and the staff are friendly. The room is rather small, but the bathroom and other facilities are relatively well designed. Breakfast was mediocre, and I think the whole city of Paris is like that, but I don't think they clean the dust well. However, the condition was better than other hotels.

Stayed one night and it was very comfortable. It's very warm, and it's very convenient to have a free minibar. The house is well equipped and clean. The breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious. The location is very safe, and it is very fast to enter Little Paris. In short, I highly recommend this hotel! It is very convenient to communicate in English throughout the whole process, and I will consider booking this hotel next time I need it!

Stayed at the Hotel Charlemagne for work. Firstly the location near Pont de Neuilly is excellent , just a few minutes walk from teh metro. It is located in a fantastic area with restaurants and supermarket. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and teh room I had on the ground floor was excellent. Modern decor, with electronic shutters, which alongside teh double glazed windows meant I did not get any street noise in teh evening. AirCon worked great as well. Really convenient if you have business in La Defense or if you wanted to sight see into central Paris. Staff very friendly and always on hand to help - This will DEFINITLY be my go to hotel whenever I stay in Paris!!

We were in the hotel for 3 nights. The room was small but ordened. We had a bathroom with bathtub. There were fresh towels every day and the bed was made. However, it was not sucked every day and washing basin was not cleaned. And a lamp directly over the washing table was defect, therefore a little dark. The windows, we had a room to the indoor courtyard, are not to kick and we missed some clotheshocks. The TV had 5 German programs. Breakfast was typical French as expected. Small croissants and kitchen, small cut baguettes and bread, welded cheese and a variety of sauce. The delay took a little longer, even there were some of the tables no longer or shells for the marmelade. There were cooked eggs, yoghurt, juices, musli and a really good coffee. The place situation in the breakfast room was a bit closed, as well as in the typical French. Restaurants. The chairs are very cloudy and quite uncomfortable. The reception was, as far as we got it, constantly occupied. There is a short-term parking space in front of the house. Places we can't say anything because we booked a cheaper place in the hotel Ibis around the corner. There is also a bicycle rental station in front of the house and around the corner there are several small food shops and a meat shop with outdoor sales. To the Metro stations line 3 and line 1 runs about 20 minutes. All in all a nice small hotel in a beautiful location at a cheap price. We would book it again.
