Ideal for travelers looking for comfortable, well-located accommodation. Separate Italian shower and separate toilet in the corridor for the exclusive use of the tenants. The living room and kitchen (without food) are shared with the owner. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room is equipped with a sofa bed and can accommodate up to 4 people. Tenant access The tenants have free access to a dedicated bedroom, living room, shower room and toilet. A portion of the refrigerator and freezer space is allocated to them. However, food is not included in the service. For hygiene reasons, please bring your own shower towels and personal hygiene products. In addition, slippers are requested to be worn indoors.
