A small bedroom for the weary travellers whose flight was delayed by the snow. Good firm bed with simple amenities. I think we stayed for 4 hours in the hotel only

In the small town of Baden, local bus tickets are provided free of charge, which is very cost-effective. The location is a bit remote, but there are buses and the bus stop is just downstairs. If you bring children, you need to consider whether the location is acceptable.

The breakfast was good, the best breakfast quality in the whole trip to Switzerland. The room facilities were also new, and Ibis was very cost-effective!

This hotel os comparable to a motel 6 in the USA.. there was no phone in the room, no safe, no wash cloths, no individual shampoo/Conditioner/body wash.. it was an all in one. The staff was not friendly and probably because they were doing the job of multiple employees.. front desk.. bartender.. batista.. maids... waiter of food and drinks. We had our room cleaned once and sheets were never changed with fresh ones. Overall not happy with the stay for the cost paid.

Perfect for business trip
Staff is professional in both reception and restaurant; all facilities working; room well isolated from any noises, window can be opened to get fresh air; bed comfortable; i haven´t had breakfast. Overall perfect stay (stayed already few times) for my needs.

Good hotel for the money. Our only issue was getting hand towels for our room. For whatever reason , the cleaning lady puts only bath towels and had to request on three occasions for hand/face towels. Other than that the hotel and staff are very nice, helpful and great!
