We were travelling from the Italian Lakes back to England in our own car. We wanted to stay in 2 or 3 towns along the way and chose Neuenburg am Rhein as being a decent distance to travel and stay for 2 nights. A very welcoming check in, and plenty of info from the receptionist. A lift to get you and your bags upstairs, and to a clean quiet room with adequate storage space, and a decent size bathroom with good shower. This hotel has plenty of private parking and is just off the centre of this peaceful town. Everything you need as a visitor is within a few hundred yards. Neuenburg is also very close to the A5 autobahn, but you can't hear it; and a few miles from the French A35 and A36. Our only disappointment was an unexciting breakfast, but we didn't go hungry. We think other guests enjoyed breakfast more than us.
