Nice hotel
The hotel was very clean and the staff was very kind. The location is not far from both the train station and the downtown (almost middle of the slope between the station and the downtown). The breakfast was not gorgeous but sufficiently good for me. Only the problem was no AC. The room was quite hot during my stay.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and always ready to help or provide information. The rooms are very nice and have everything you need. Mine even had a small kitchenette (which can be handy 😉). It's close to the lake, the castle, the pedestrian streets, the train station, and bus lines. Perfect for visiting Neuchâtel!

Recently renovated and well-equipped room. Comfortable bed. My room didn't face the street, so I was able to sleep quietly with the windows open. Very good value for money for a hotel in the city center and close to the castle. The breakfast was rather uninteresting.
