The room is right by the lake, which is beautiful. The hotel is not bad, but I didn't order breakfast, so I bought some coffee and bread outside and it was very comfortable by the lake.

Do Not let this picture fool you! This place is Old, smelly, dingy and no air conditioning. This place sits above a Chinese food restaurant and smells horrible 24/7. It is in dire need of updating. Everything is old and musty. With no air conditioning, and the humidity coming off the lake, you just lay in a musty bed, smelling Chinese food and sweating all night. The stuff Swiss dreams are made off.

This hotel was nice however, when we got to our room we had a blood spot I had to take off (so gross). They also advertised a lake view which was not the case at all. We had a harbor view but not much of even that. There were very tall trees in front of the windows therefore we couldn’t see anything but trees. The beds were hard on our backs but the pillows were squishy and soft. I hope this helps someone who will want to stay here.

Room not very clean (spiders in the corners of the ceiling, hair found in the bed and a large stain on the sofa). The room had an unpleasant smell.

Excellent location for a visit to Neuchâtel and an evening stopover. Comfortable family establishment. Excellent welcome where we were immediately offered the services of the Touristkarte giving us the right to discounts on various attractions. Breakfast is ok. Parking at the foot of the hotel is limited but the reception offered it to us for the night. I recommend for an evening stopover in Neuchâtel.
